New Delhi . the 3rd January , 2003
S.O. 9 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 5 ) of Section 5 of the Press Council Act , 1978 (37 of 1978 ) . read with sub - section ( 6 ) of Section 6 of the said Act . the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting . number S.O. 451 ( E ) . dated the 22nd May , 2001 , namely:
का.आ. १( अ)- केन्द्रीय सरकार, प्रेस परिषद् अधिनियम , 1978 ( 1978 का 37 ) की धारा 6 की उपधारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित धारा 5 की उपधारा ( 5 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 451 ( अ) नारीख 22 मई , 2001 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
In the said notification , under the heading " Members ofParliament nominated under clause ( c ) of sub - section 3 ofSection 51 " . for serial number 24 and the entries relating thereto. the following serial number and entries shall be substituted , namely :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, " संसद सदस्य [ धारा 5 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के खंड ( ङ) के अधीन नाम निर्दिष्ट ] " शीर्षक के अधीन क्रम सं. 24 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
"24. Shri S. Jaipal Reddy
" 24. श्री एस. जयपाल रेड्डी लोकसभा के अध्यक्ष द्वारा नाम निर्दिष्ट। "
Nominated by the Speaker ofthe House of the People .
2. The member mentioned above shall hold office upto the 21st May , 2004.
2. ऊपर उल्लिखित सदस्य 21 मई, 2004 तक पद धारण करेगा । [फा. सं. 4/29/2000-प्रेस ]
