का.आ. 13 ( अ) .- सार्वजनिक सम्पत्ति ( अनधिकृत कब्जैं वालों से खाली कराना) अधिनियम, 1971 ( 1971 का 40वाँ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अधिनियम के उद्देश्य के लिए सम्पदा अधिकारी होने के लिए केन्द्रीय सरकार के राजपत्रित अधिकारी के रैंक के बराबर के अधिकारी को नीचे दी गई सारणी के कॉलम ( 1 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी को नियुक्त करती है और इसके अलावा निदेश देती है कि उक्त अधिकारी प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेगा और उक्त सारणी के कॉलम (2) में उल्लिखित सार्वजनिक सम्पत्ति के सम्बन्ध में अपने अधिकार क्षेत्र की सीमा के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम के तहत सम्पदा अधिकारी को सौंपे गए कर्त्तव्यों कापालन करेगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 2nd January, 2003
S.O. 13( E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the Officer mentioned in Column ( 1 ) of the table below , being an officer equivalent to the rank of Gazetted Officer of the Central Government to be Estate Officer for the purpose of the said Act and further directs that the said officer shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on Estate Officer by or under the said Act within the limits of his jurisdiction in respect of public premises specified incolumn(2) ofthe said table .
