NOTIFICATION New Delhi . the 7th January, 2003 श्रम मंत्रालय अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 7 जनवरी , 2003
S.O. 17 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferredby Section 15 ( 1 ) of the Emigration Act. 1983 ( 31 of 1983 ), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri D. S. Poonia, Joint Secretary and Protector General of Emigrants , in the Ministry of Labour, Government of India as the Competent Authority with effect from 27th December. 2002till further orders.
का. आ. 16 (अ ) . उत्प्रवास अधिनियम , 1983 ( 1983 का 31 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार श्री डी. एस. पूनिया, संयुक्त सचिव, श्रम मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार को दिनांक 27 दिसम्बर , 2002 से अगले आदेशों तक उत्प्रवास महासंरक्षी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

का. आ. 18 ( अ) . उत्प्रवास अधिनियम, 1983 ( 1983 का 31 ) की धारा १ द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार श्री डी. एस. पूनिया, संयुक्त सचिव एवं उत्प्रवास महासंरक्षी, श्रम मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार को दिनांक 27 दिसम्बर , 2002 से अगले आदेशों तक पंजीकरण प्राधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है । S.O. 16( E ) . Joint Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour as the Protector General of Emigrants with effect from 27th December. 2002 till further orders.

New Delhi . the 7th January, 2003 अधिसूचनां नई दिल्ली, 7 जनवरी , 2003 का. आ. 17(अ) उत्प्रवास अधिनियम , 1983 ( 1983 का 31 ) की धारा 15 ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार श्री डी. एस. पूनिया, संयुक्त सचिव एवं उत्प्रवास महासंरक्षी, श्रम मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार को दिनांक 27 दिसम्बर , 2002 से अगले आदेशों तक सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

Joint Secretary and Protector General of Emigrants. in the Ministry of Labour, Government of India as the Registering Authority with effect from 27th December , 2002 till further orders.
