सं. ईपी 30 ( 1 ) / 88 - वोल्यूम- IV. खांद्य निगम अधिनियम , 1964 ( 1964 का 37 ) की धारा 45 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करत हुए तथा केन्द्रीय सरकार की पूर्वानुमति से भारतीय खाद्य निगम , निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाकर भारतीय खाद्य निगम ( कर्मचारीवृन्द) विनियम, 1971 में इस प्रकार संशोधन करता है : --
( ⅰ ) ये विनियम भारतीय खाद्य निगम (कर्मचारीवृन्द ) ( दूसरा संशोधन ) विनियम, 2002 कहे आएंगे ।

( ii ) ये तत्काल प्रभावी होंगे !
2. भारतीय खाद्य निगम ( कर्मचारीवृन्द) विनियम , 1971 के परिशिष्ट । ( पार्ट -1 विशिष्ट पद ) में सबसे नीचे निम्न पद को जोड़ा जाए: - वेतन-मान

No. EP. 30 ( 1 )/88 - Vol . IV . In exercise of powers conferred under Section 45 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964) and with the previous sanction of the Central Govt .. the Food Corporation of India hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Food Corporation of India ( Staff ) Regulations , 1971 , namely: --
1 ( i ) These Regulations shall be called the FCI ( Staff ) ( 2nd Amendment ) Regulations, 2002.
( ii ) They shall come into force at once .
2. The following post should be inserted at the bottom of Appendix - 1 ( Part - 1 Special Posts ) of the FCI ( Staff) Regulations . 1971 :-
