F. No. 6 (1 ) /95 - NALSA. In exercise of the powers conferredby Section 3A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (39 of 1987 ) read with Rule 10 of the National Legal ServicesAuthority Rules , 1995 , the Central Authority hereby nominates Mr. Justice S. S. M. Quadri , Judge , Supreme Court of India , as Chairman of the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee and makes the following amendments in its Notification S.O. 115 (E) dated 9-2-2000 , namely:-
फा. सं. 6 ( 1 )/95-नालसा. केन्द्रीय प्राधिकरण , राष्ट्रीय विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण नियम , 1995 के नियम 10 के साथ पठित विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण अधिनियम , 1987 ( 1987 का 39 ) की धारा 3क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के उच्चतम न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति श्री एस . एस. एम . कादरी को उच्चतम न्यायालय विधिक सेवा समिति का अध्यक्ष नामनिर्दिष्ट करता है, और दिनांक 9-2-2000 कीअपनी अधिसूचना का.आ. 115 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है , अर्थात्:-
In the said Notification , for the serial number ( 1 ) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely
Chairman" उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या ( 1 ) और संवद्ध प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्- " 1. न्यायमूर्ति श्री एस. एस. एम. कादरी अध्यक्ष" न्यायाधीश, भारत का उच्चतम न्यायालय
" 1. Mr. Justice S. S. M. Quadri , Judge, Supreme Court of India

Foot Nate . The principal notification constituting the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee was published vide S.O. 115 ( E ) dated 9-2-2000 and amendedsubsequently Notifications dated 25-2-2000 , 20-8-2000 , 22-11-2001 and 29-7-2002. was vide गई थी।
