( 1 ) इन नियमों को निक्षेपागार ( प्रतिभूति अपीलीय न्यायाधिकरण कोअपील ) ( संशोधन ) नियमावली, 2000 के नाम से जाना जाएगा ।
(2) ये नियम सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रभावी होंगे ।
2. निक्षेपागार ( प्रतिभूति अपीलीय न्यायाधिकरण को अपील ) नियमावली, 2000 में नियम 2 में उप- नियम ( 1 ) धारा ( ज ) के लिए" ।

In the Notification to the Government of India , Ministry of Finance, ( Department of Economic Affairs) , (Capital Market, External Commercial Borrowings and Pension Reforms Division ), No.G.S.R. 558 (E ) dated 27thJuly, 2001 , published in Part- II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( i ) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , at page I , in line 25 for "2. In the Depositories (Appeal to Securities Appellate Tribunal ) Rules , 2000, in rule 2 , in sub- rule ( 1 ) , for the clause (h), the" read " I. Short title and commencement. ( 1 ) These rules may be called Depositories ( Appeal to Securities Appellate Tribunal ) (Amendment) Rules , 2000."

In the Securities Contracts (Regulation ) (Appeal to Securities Appellate Tribunal ) Rules, 2000 , in rule 2 , in sub-rule (1) , for the clause ( h), the read. " 1. Short title and commencement. ( 1 ) These rules maybe called Securities Contracts (Regulation ) (Appeal to Securities Appellate Tribunal ) (Amendment ) Rules, 2000."
