का.आ. 29 ( अ ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार, अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अधीन आन लाइन कमोडिटी एक्सचेंज आफ इंडिया लि. , अहमदाबाद द्वारा मान्यता प्रदान करने के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में तथा लोकहित में भी होगा, एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को उन सभी वस्तुओं में स्थायी आधार पर जिन पर धारा 15 लागू है तथा वायदा बाजार आयोग की पूर्व अनुमति से उन वस्तुओं में जिन पर न तो अग्रिम संविदा ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1952 की धारा 15 और न ही धारा 17 लागू है , अग्रिम संविदा के बारे में मान्यता प्रदान करती है ।
2. एतद्वारा मान्यता इस शर्त के अध्याधीन दी जाती है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज ऐसे निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी जो वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय - समय पर दिए जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 10th January , 2003
S.O. 29 ( E ). The Central Government , having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission , the application for grant of recognition , made under Section 5 of the Forward Contracts ( Regulation ) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952), bythe Online Commodity Exchange of India Limited. Ahmedabad , and being satisfied that it would be in the interest ofthe trade and also in public interest to do so , hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act, recognition to the said Exchange on a permanent basis in all the commodities in which Section 15 is applicable and the commodities to which neither Section 17 nor Section 15 of the Forward Contracts ( Regulation ) Act 1952 is applicable, with the prior permission of the Forward Markets Commission .
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions as may , from time to time be given by the Forward Markets Commission .
