का.आ. 38( अ )- केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 के खंड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन वित्त मंत्रालय, राजस्व विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. 62/ 94- सीमाशुल्क ( एन.टी. ) तारीख 21 नवम्बर, 1994में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में, महाराष्ट्र राज्य से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 8 के सामने, स्तंभ 3 में विजय दुर्ग से संबंधित मद ( 10 ) के सामने स्तंभ (4 ) विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्:-
" निर्यात के लिए निम्नलिखित माल की लदाई, अर्थात्:-
(i ) मोलासेस
( ii ) बाक्साइट अयस्क
( iii ) सिलिका बालू। " ।

S.O. 38 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry ofFinance, Department of Revenue, No. 62/94 -Customs (NT), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:---
In the said notification , in the Table, against serial number 8 relating to the State of Maharashtra, in column (3 ) , against item ( 10 ) relating to Vijaydurg , in column (4 ) , for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :-- "Loading of following goods for export, namely:---
(i ) Molasses
(ii) BauxiteOre
(iii) Silica Sand. " .
