F. No. 33/70/2002-ST.-Reference this Department's Resolution F. No. 33/ 15/2000 - ST dated the 9th August, 2000 regarding constitution of a Standing Committee of State Secretaries of Stamp & Registration to discuss and examine the issues relating to stamp duty and registration .
फा. सं. 33/70/2002 बि.क. कृपया इस विभाग के दिनांक 9 अगस्त, 2000 के संकल्प फा.सं. 33/ 15/2000- बि.क. को देखें , जो स्टाम्प शुल्क और रजिस्ट्रीकरण संबंधी मुद्दों पर विचार करने और इनकी जांच करने के संबंध में , राज्यों के स्टाम्प और रजिस्ट्रीकरण सचिवों की एक स्थायी समिति गठित किए जाने के बारे में है ।
2. For para 5 of the said Resolution, the following shall be substituted, viz.:-
2. उक्त संकल्प के पैरा 5 के लिए, निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
"5. The Committee will submit its report by 30th June, 2003."
" 5. यह सर्भाित 30 जून, 2003 तक अपनी रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत कर देगी।"
