व्यय -कर
का.आ. 46( अ ). - केन्द्रीय प्रत्यक्ष कर बोर्ड, व्यय- कर अधिनियम, 1987 ( 1987 का 35 ) की धारा 31 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए व्यय - कर नियम , 1987 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाता है , अर्थात्:-
1. ( i ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम व्यय- कर ( पहला संशोधन) नियम, 2003 है ।
( ii ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे । 2. व्यय - कर नियम, 1987 केनियम 3 में, " अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के प्रयोजन के लिए", शब्दों के स्थान पर " अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( क) के प्रयोजन के लिए", शब्द रखे जायेंगे ।

सूरज भान, निदेशक टिप्पण.-प्रमुख नियम दिनांक 26-10-1987 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 939 ( अ ) के तहत प्रकाशित किये गए थे तथा तदनंतर समय-समय संशोधित किये गये थे तथा अंतिम संशोधन का.आ. 713( अ) दिनांक 27-7-2001 के तहत किया गया ।

EXPENDITURE-TAX
S.O. 46(E). In exercise ofthe powers conferredby Section31 of the Expenditure- tax Act, 1987 (35 of 1987) , the CentralBoard of Direct Taxes hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Expenditure- tax Rules, 1987, namely:-
1.(i) These rules may be called the Expenditure-tax (1stAmendment) Rules, 2003 .
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2.In theExpenditure -tax Rules , 1987, in rule 3, forthe words" for the purpose of Sub - section (2) of Section 3 of the Act" , the words " for the purpose of clause (a) of Sub- section (1) of Section 3 of the Act " , shall be substituted.
