का.आ. 48 ( अ ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, कोयला धारक क्षेत्र (अर्जन और विकास) अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 का 20) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन, भारत सरकार के कोयला मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 89 तारीख 12 जनवरी , 2001 द्वारा, जो भारत के राजपत्र, भाग 2 , खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) तारीख 20 जनवरी, 2001 में प्रकाशित की गई थी, उससे संलग्न अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट और जो इससे संलग्न अनुसूची में भी विनिर्दिष्ट है, परिक्षेत्र की भूमि में जिसका माप 665.65 एकड़ (लगभग ) या 269.38 हैक्टर (लगभग) है, कोयले का पूर्वेक्षण करने के अपने आशय की सूचना दी थी;
और उक्त भूमि की बाबत उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( i) के अधीन कोई सूचना नहीं दी गई है । अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , तारीख 20 जनवरी, 2003 से प्रारंम होने वाली एक वर्ष की और अवधि को ऐसी अवधि के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है जिसके भीतर केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त भूमि या ऐसी भूमि में या उन पर के अधिकार का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की सूचना दे सकेगी ।

संपूर्ण 665.65 एकड़ (लगभग) या 268.38 हैक्टर ( लगभग)
. रेखा ग्राम नाकीपासी में बिन्दु'ग ' से आरंभ होती है और उसी गांव में उत्तर की ओर अग्रसर होती है तथा बिन्दु ख पर जोरागडिया और नाकीपासी ग्राम की सम्मिलित सीमा पर मिलती है, जो नाकीपासी, सरनगा और जोरागडिया ग्रामों का त्रिसंगम है । फिर, ग्राम जोरागडिया में उत्तर की ओर चलती हुई बिन्दु ' ग ' पर पहुंचती है । ग-घ-ङच रेखा ग्राम जोरागडिया और कुरीहन से होती हुई बंगाल नाला के दक्षिणी किनारे के साथ साथ बिन्दु ' ङ ' तक पूर्व की ओर अग्रसर होती है । फिर रेखा ग्राम राकास की उत्तरी सीमा के साथ पूर्व की ओर बिन्दु ' च ' तक अग्रसर होती है । च-छ-ज-झ रेखा बुंदावनपुर ग्राम की उत्तरी सीमा के साथ-साथ पूर्व की ओर बिन्दु ' छ ' तक चलती है । फिर, बिन्दु' ज तक ग्राम बुन्दावनपुर की पूर्वी सीमा के साथ साथ अग्रसर होती है और तत्पश्चात् बिन्दु * झ ' तक ग्राम सकास की पूर्वी सीमा के साथ साथ चलती है ।
झ- स्ट-क रेखा ग्राम राकास से होकर पश्चिम की ओर अग्रसर होती है और बिन्दु ' ञ ' पर राकास और पदमाबातीपुर ग्रामों की सम्मिलित सीमा पार करने के पश्चात वह ग्राम पदमाबलीपुर से होकर पश्चिम की ओर निरन्तर चलती है तथा बिन्दुट पर ग्राम पदमाबतीपुर और नाकी पासी की सम्मिलितः सीमा को पार करते हुए ग्राम नाकीपासी में आरंभिक बिन्दु ' क ' पर मिलती है ।

S.O. 18(E).-Whereas by the notification of the Government of India, in the [भाग II- खण्ड 3 (ii) ]

Ministryof Coal , number S.O. 89 dated the 12th January, 2001 issued under sub- section ( 1 ) of the section 4 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act. 1957 (20 of 1957) and published in Part-II , Section 3, sub section ( ii ) of the Gazette of India, dated the 20th January, 2001 , the Central Government gave notice of its intentionto prospect for coal in lands measuring 665.65 acres ( approximately) or 269.38 hectares ( approximately) in the locality specified in the Schedule appended thereto , as also in the Schedule hereto annexed ;
Andwhereas in respect of the said lands, no notice under sub -section ( 1 ) of section 7 of the said Act has been given;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of section 7 of the said Act , the Central Government hereby specifies a further period of one year commencing from the 20th January, 2003 as the period within which the Central Government may give notice of its intention to acquire the said lands or any rights in or over such lands.

[PARTII-SBC. 3 (ii) ] Boundary description
A-B-C:- The line starts from point 'A' in Village- Nakeipasi and then proceeds towards north in the same village and meets the common boundary of village Joraggadia and Nakeipasi at point 'B' which is the trijunction point of villages Nakeipasi , Saranga and Joragadia. Then moving towards north in village Joragadia itreaches point'C' .
C-D- E- F
The line proceeds towards east along the southern bank of Bangaru Nala via village Joragadia and Kurihan upto point 'E' . Then the line proceeds towards east along the northern boundary of village Rakas upto point ' F' .
F-G-H -I The line moves towards east along the northern boundary of village Brundabanpur upto point 'G' . Then it proceeds along the eastern boundary of village Brundabanpur upto point 'H' and thereafter moves along the eastern boundary of village Rakas upto point ' l' .
I -J- K-A The line proceeds towards west through village Rakas and after -crossing the common boundary of villages Rakas and Padmabatipur at point 'J' it continues to move towards west through village Padmabatipur and crossing the common boundary of villages Padmabatipur and Nakeipasi at point ' K' , meets at starting point 'A' in village Nakeipasi .
