आ.अ. 1 (अ ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950( 1950 का 43 ) की धारा 13 गग की उपधारा ( 1 ) और ( 2 ) के अनुसरण में, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग अरुणाचल प्रदेश राज्य में जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारियों की नियुक्ति से संबंधित अपनी अधिसूचना सं. 508/अरुणा. /94 , दिनांक 8 जुलाई, 1994 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन और करता है अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ 1 , 2 और 3 में विधसान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर मद सं. 5 के सामने निम्नलिखित तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियां क्रमशः रखी जाएंगी तथा शेष प्रविष्टियां तदनुसार पुनर्संख्यांकित की जाएंगी ।

O.N. 1 (E) .-In pursuance of sub - sections ( 1 ) and (2 ) of Section 13CC of the Representation of the PeopleAct, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission hereby makes the following further amendments in its notification No. 508/ARUN/94, dated the 8th July, 1994, relating to the appointment of District Election Officers in the State of Arunachal Pradesh, namely:-
In columns 1 , 2 & 3 ofthe Table appended to the said notification, against item No. 5, for the existing entries , the following corresponding entries shall respectively be substituted and the serial numbers of the remaining entries shall be renumbered accordingly.
