New Delhi , the 9th January, 2003 नई दिल्ली, 9 जनवरी, 2003
का.आ. 51 ( अ ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार, कयर उद्योग नियमावली, 1954के नियम 4 तथा 5 के साथ पठित कयर उद्योग अधिनियम , 1953 ( 1953 का 45 ) की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा अपर निदेशक ( प्रशासन ) , उद्योग तथा वाणिज्य विभाग , कर्नाटक सरकार, बंगलौर को कयर बोर्ड के एक सदस्य के रूप में जब से वे कार्यालय ग्रहण करेंगे, नियुक्त करती है तथा उक्त प्रयोजनार्थ भारत सरकार के कृषि एवं ग्रामीण उद्योग मंत्रालय के दिनांक 22 अप्रैल, 2002की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 457 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है नामतः : -
S.O. 51 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (3 ) of Section 4 of the Coir Industry Act, 1953 (45 of1953) , read with rules 4 and 5 of the Coir Industry Rules , 1954 the Central Government hereby appoints the Additional Director , (Admn . ) , Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Karnataka, Bangalore to be a member of the CoirBoard with effect from the date he assumes charge of the office , and for said purpose makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofAgro and Rural Industries number S.O. 457 (E) , dated the 22nd Apr , 2002 , namely:--
उक्त अधिसूचना में " खण्ड-4 के उप- खण्ड ( 3 ) की धारा (च) के अन्तर्गत नियुक्त " शीर्ष के अन्तर्गत तथा उससे संबंधित इन्द्राज के लिये निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा, नामतः-
Inthe said notification under the heading " Appointed under clause (f) of Sub - section (3 ) of Section 4 " , for serial number 19 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely :-
" अपर निदेशक प्रशासन , उद्योग तथा वाणिज्य विभाग , कर्नाटक सरकार, बंगलौर- सदस्य " ।
"Additional Director Administration , Industries and Commerce Department , Government of Karnataka , Bangalore-Member " .
