का. नि. आ. 01 (अ ) .-निम्नलिखित अधिसूचना देहू रोड छावनी के विभाजन करने हेतु और चुनाव नियोजित करने और प्रत्येक हल्कों से निर्वाचित होने वाले सदस्यों की संख्या सुनिश्चित करने के लिए केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा की जाने वाली अभ्यास प्रक्रिया है, जो स्तंभ ( अ ) और ( ब ) थारा 31 ; छावनी अधिनियम, 1924 ( 1924 का 2 ) द्वारा यथाअपेक्षित है । और जो देहू रोड छावनी ( हल्कों का विभाजन ) नियम , 1982 में भारत सरकार के रक्षा मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं . का.नि.आ. 214 तारीख 4 सितम्बर, 1982 का प्रारुप प्रकाशित किए जाने के तहत है । जिससे उन सभी व्यक्तियों से, जिनके उससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है, यह अधिसूचना दी जा रही है, कि उनका आक्षेप या सुझाव प्रकाशित होने की तिथि से वें दिन अथवा उससे पहले तक विचार करने के योग्य होंगे ।

कोई भी आक्षेप या सुझाव , जो विनिर्दिष्ट तारीख से पूर्व प्राप्त होगा वह केन्द्रीय सरकार के विचाराधीन होगा।

(मुद्दा/ संक्षिप्त ) नियम

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.-( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम देहू मार्ग छावनी ( हल्कों में विभाजन ) नियम 2002 , है । (2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. छावनी का इल्कों में विभाजन. छावनी बोर्ड में निर्वाचन कराने के प्रयोजन के लिए देहू मार्ग छावनी का निम्नलिखित हल्कों में विभाजन किया जाएगा:-

हल्का सं . 1 : -

इस हल्के की सीमा छावनी सीमा सं. 46 से प्रारंभ होती है, जो मुम्बई, पुणे नेशनल हाईवे जंक्शन और कडेथ रोड के उत्तरी पार्श्व में स्थित हैं और फिर नेशनल हाईवे के साथ पश्चिमी दिशा में छावनी सीमा खम्बा संख्या 49 तक, छावनी सीमा खंबा सं. 47 और 48 में से होकर जाती है, फिर यह उत्तरी दिशा में छावनी सीमा के साथ खंबा सं. 51 तक मुड जाती है जो छावनी सीमा खंबा 50 में से होकर जाती है और मध्य रेल लाईन के पूर्वी पार्श्व में स्थित है, फिर यह मध्य रेल लाईन के साथ उत्तरी- पचिश्मी दिशा में छावनी सीमा खंबा 52 तक मुडती है, जो तलेगांव दाभाडे के सामने स्थित हैं, फिर उत्तरी दिशा में छावनी सीमा खंबा 54 और 55 में से होकर छावनी सीमा के साथ उत्तर - पूर्वी दिश में छावनी सीमा खंबा 56 तक मुडती है, फिर छावनी सीमा के साथ पूर्वी दिशा में छावनी सीमा खंबा सं. 57 तक मुडती है । फिर छावनी सीमा के साथ उत्तर - पूर्वी दिशा में छावनी सीमा खंबा 58 तक जाती है, फिर पूर्वी दिशा में छावनी सीमा के साथ खंबा सं. 59 से 64 तक में से होकर और छावनी सीमा खंबा सं. 65 तक जाती है, जो इंद्रायणी नदी के पश्चिमी किनारे पर स्थित है , फिर इंद्रायणी नदी के किनारे के साथ दक्षिणी दिशा में, ए. I एम. ई. एस. वाटर पंप हाउस के पूर्वी कोने के सामने एक स्थल तक जाती है । फिर यह दक्षिण दिशा में भगतसिंह मार्ग के साथ उसके जंक्शन तक करिअप्पा मार्ग के साथ मुडती है । जो मध्य रेल लाईन के नीचे है । यहाँ से छावनी सीमा करिअप्पा मार्ग के साथ होती हुई पुराने पोलिस स्टेशन के चौराहे तक जाती है । यहाँ से सीमा एम . ई. एस. रोड के साथ जाती हुई, पूर्व- पश्चिमी दिशा में गुरुद्वारे के छोर तक जाती है । यहाँ से छावनी सीमा पश्चिम - उत्तर दिशा से होती हुई, एक मोड पर जाती है , जहाँ मुम्बई- पुणे नेशनल हाईवे मिलते हैं । यहाँ से छावनी सीमा पश्चिमी दिशा से नेशनल हाईवे के साथ उस स्थल तक जाती है यहाँ छावनी सीमा खंबा सं. 46 अर्थात् प्रारंभिक बिंदू से मिलती है ।

हल्का सं . 2:-

इस हल्के की सीमा उस स्थल से आरंभ होती है , जहाँ छावनी सीमा खंबा सं. 46 है, जो मुम्बई- पुणे हाईवे और कडेथ मार्ग के जंक्शन के दक्षिणी ओर है । यहाँ से सीमा पूर्वी दिशा से मुम्बई- पुणे हाईवे के साथ होती हुई पश्चिमी विभाजित मुम्बई- पुणे हाईवे के जंक्शन पर मिलती है और उसी दिशा में बढ़ती हुई , सीमा स्तंभ ( पोलिस स्टेशन और निवास स्थल की सीमा ) को छूती है । यहाँ से छावनी सीमा पश्चिमी दिशा से होती हुई , पश्चिमी विभाजित मुम्बई-पुणे हाईवे को मिलती है । यहाँ से सीमा मुम्बई- पुणे हाईवे की पश्चिमी दिशा से दक्षिणी दिशा की ओर जाकर डॉ अम्बेडकर रोड स्थित शिवाजी विद्यालय की दीवार को छूती है । डॉ अम्बेडकर रोड के साथ चलते हुए, छावनी सीमा उत्तर- पूर्व दिशा में सीमा खंबे तक जाती है, जो डॉ अम्बेडकर रोड के दाईं तरफ और मेन बाजार की दिशा में है ।

यहाँ से छावनी सीमा दक्षिणी दिशा की ओर और सीमा जी. एल. आर. सव्वे नं. 81 और 80 के साथ होते हुए श्री बबन तरस के घर तक जाती है । यहाँ से सीमा पश्चिमी दिशा की ओर जाती हुई, नई विभाजित मुम्बई- पुणे नेशनल हाईवे के किनारे के स्तंभ को छूती है । यहाँ से छावनी सीमा दक्षिणी दिशा की ओर और नेशनल हाईवे के साथ- साथ जाती हुई छावनी सीमा खंबा सं. 39 और 33 तक पहुँचती है । यहाँ से सीमा छावनी खंबा सं. 32और 33 के साथ पश्चिमी दिशा की ओर जाती हुई, छावनी खंबा सं. 34 को मिलती है । यहाँ से उत्तर - पश्चिमी दिशा में छावनी सीमा से होते हुए, छावनी खंबा सं. 35 से 45 तक जाती है । फिर यह छावनी सीमा सं. 46 तक अर्थात् आरंभिक बिंदू तक जाती है । [ भाग II- खण्ड 4 ]

हल्का सं . 3 : -

इस हल्के की सीमा, डॉ. अम्बेडकर रोड और पश्चिम विभाजित मुम्बई- पुर्ण हाईवे के जंक्शन से आरंभ होती है । यहाँ से छावनी सीमा उत्तरी दिशा की ओर , नई विभाजित मुम्बई - पुणे नेशनल हाईवे के साथ जाती हुई, पोलीस स्टेशन और निवास स्थलों की तरफ जाती है । यहाँ से छावनी सीमा पूर्व दिशा की ओर पोलिस क्वार्टर के साथ होते हुए, मुम्बई - पुणे नेशनल हाईवे क्र. 4 को छूती है, जो सेंट ज्यूड विद्यालय के सामने है । यहाँ से छावनी सीमा मुम्बई - पुणे नेशनल हाईवे के साथ होती हुई गुरुद्वारे के निकट स्थित शिवाजी रोड को छूती है । यहाँ से छावनी सीमा उत्तर पश्चिम दिशा की ओर एम. ई. एस. रोड के साथ होते हुए, पुरानी पुलिस चौकी के जंक्शन तक पहुंचती है । यहाँ से सीमा उत्तर पश्चिम दिशा की ओर एम. ई. एस. रोडको पार कर के रेलवे के ऊपरी पुल तक जाती है । यहाँ से छावनी सीमा रेलवे लाईन के साथ पूर्व- दक्षिण दिशा से निवासी स्थल ( सिव्हल पीरया ) सीमा खंबे तक जाती है , जो नए पेपर मार्ट के समाने है । यहाँ से सीमा उत्तर - पश्चिम दिशा में शिवाजी रोड के साथ- साथ सुभाष चौक तक जाती है । यहाँ से छावनी सीमा पश्चिम दिशा की ओर स्वामी विवेकानंद रोड के साथ - साथ जाते हुए, नेशनल हाईवे क्र. 4 से मिलती है । यहाँ से सीमा पश्चिम विभाजित मुम्बई पुणे नेशनल हाईवे के उस स्थान पर मिलती है जहाँ से छावनी हल्के सं. 3 की सीमा आरंभ हुई है ।

हल्का सं . 4:

इस हल्के की सीमा, छावनी सीमा सर्वे क्र. 81 और 82 , डॉ. अम्बेडकर रोड पर स्थित और जल शुद्धिकरण केन्द्र के सामने से आरंभ होती है । यहाँ से सीमा पूर्व-दक्षिणी दिशा से होते हुए श्री बबन तरस के घर के पास के बोरवेल तक जाती है । यहाँ से यह पश्चिम - दक्षिणी दिशा से होते हुए नई मुम्बई- पुणे मार्ग के पश्चिमी दिशा में शितला नगर नं. 2 के एम. एस. ई . बी ट्रान्सफॉर्मर तक जाती है । यहाँ से सीमा दक्षिणी दिशा की ओर मुम्बई- पुणे पश्चिमी विभाजित रोड के साथ - साथ, छावनी हद तक अर्थात् छावनी सीमा खंबा सं. 31 और 32 के मध्य में । यहाँ से सीमा पूर्व दिशा की ओर छावनी सीमा खंबा क्र. 31 के साथ होते हुए उत्तर- पूर्व दिशा में स्थित छावनी खंबा क्र. 32 की ओर मुड़ती है , जो रेलवे के ऊपरी पुल के निकट स्थित है । यहाँ से सीमा मध्य रेलवे लाइन के साथ - साथ उत्तरी दिशा में पद चालकों के ऊपरी पुल तक जाती है, जो देहुरोड रेलवे स्टेशन के प्लेफार्म नं. 1 और रेलवे क्र्वाटर टाईप नं. 4/1 के निकट है । यहाँ से सीमा पश्चिम- दक्षिण दिशा की ओर, अबू सेठ रोड की बाईं तरफ से और मुम्बई- पुणे मार्ग की तरफ बढ़ती है , जो बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के निकट है । यहाँ से सीमा पश्चिम उत्तर दिशा की ओर मुम्बई- पुणे नेशनल हाईवे के साथ- साथ , डॉ. अम्बेडकर मार्ग और स्वामी विवेकानंद मार्ग के जंक्शन पर मिलती है । यहाँ से छावनी सीमा डॉ. अम्बेडकर मार्ग के साथ चलती हुई , पश्चिम दिशा में सीमा खंबा सर्वे क्र. 80 और 81 तक जाती है । अर्थात् आरंभिक बिंदू तक जाती है , जो जल शुद्धिकरण केंन्द्र के समाने है ।

हल्का सं . 5:-

इस हल्के की सीमा बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के निकट स्थित मुम्बई- पुणे रोड के जंक्शन से आरम्भ होती है । जहां से अबू सेठ रोड से होते हुए पूर्व उत्तरी दिशा की ओर भारत होटल तक, छावनी सीमा तक जाती है । यहां से कच्ची सड़क से होते हुए, मुम्बई- पुणे रोड की तरफ पूर्व- दक्षिणीदिशा में छावनी सीमा खंबा क्र. 30 तक यहां से छावनी सीमा पूर्व- दक्षिणी दिशा में छावनी सीमा के साथ- साथ छावनी सीमा खंबा क्र. 29 तक जाती है । यहां से सीमा, पूर्वी दिशा में छावनी सीमा खंबा क्र. 27 तक और छावनी सीमा खंबा क्रम 28 तक जाती है । यहां से सीमा पूर्व दक्षिणी दिशा में प्राकृतिक नाले तक जाती है, जहां पिंपरी चिंचवड महानगरपालिका का नाला है । ( अर्थात् सीमा खंबा सं. 27 और 26 ) । फिर छावनी सीमा उत्तरी दिशा में हिन्दुस्ताम पेट्रोलियम के पीछे की दीवार और परमार काम्पलैक्स के साथ होते हुए नेशनल हाईवे क्र. 4 से मिलती है, जो परमार काम्पलैक्स के उत्तरी दीवार के निकट है । फिर छावनी सीमा नेशनल हाईवे के साथ होते हुए पश्चिमी दिशा में अलकापुरी के जंक्शन से मिलती है । फिर सीमा दक्षिणी दिशा में अलकापुरी की सीमा के साथ होते हुए पश्चिमी दिशा में मुड़कर आयुध निर्माणी देहू रोड तक जाती है फिर छावनी सीमा उत्तरी दिशा में नेशनल हाईवे क्र. 4 तक जाती है , जो नाले के निकट है । फिर सीमा पश्चिमी दिशा में मुम्बई- पुणे रोड के साथ रेलवे के ऊपरी पुल तक जाती है यहां से सीमा उत्तर पश्चिमी दिशा में रेलवे लाईन की बाईं ओर रेलवे सीमा की दीवार के साथ - साथ ( अनियंत्रित रेलवे फाटक) तक जाती है, जो एक " के. एस. पिंजण " नाम के होटल के पास है । यहां से छावनी सीमा शिवाजी रोड को पार कर के उसके पश्चिमी किनारे से सुभाष चौक तक जाती है । यहां से पश्चिमी दिशा की ओर ग्वामी विवेकानंद रोड के साथ होते हुए मुम्बई पुणे मार्ग के जंक्शन तक पहुंचती है । यहां से छावनी सीमा पूर्व- दक्षिणी दिशा में मुम्बई पुणे मार्ग के साथ बैंक ऑफ इंडिया तक जाती है । अर्थात् आरंभिक बिन्दु तक जाती है ।

हल्का सं. 6: -

इस हल्के की सीमा पिंपरी चिंचवड महानगरपालिका, जकात नाका, निगडी, की दक्षिणी सीमा की दीवार से आरंभ होती है , जो छावनी सीमा खंवा क्र. 25 और 26 के मध्य के स्थित है और मुम्बई- पुणे नेशनल हाईवे के निकट भी है यहां से छावनी सीमा पूर्व उत्तर की दिशा में छावनी सीमा खंत्रा क्र. 19 तक जाती है, जो तलवडे गांव की सीमा पर है । यहां से सीमा उत्तरी दिशा में देहू गोला बारुद्ध डिपो की सीमा के साथ - साथ छावनी खंबा सं. 16 तक जाती है, जो " कारके माला " में स्थित है । यहां से सीमा पश्चिमी दिशा में गोला बारुद डिपो सं. 2/सीओडी की सीमा के साथ साथ होते हुए संत तुकाराम मार्ग तक पहुंचती है, जो झेडेमाला के सब्जी ओटे के पास है । यहां से छावनी सीमा, संत तुकाराम मार्ग की बाईं तरफ से दक्षिणी दिशा में सेंट्रल ऑरडनेंस डिपो ( सीओडी ) तक जाकर दक्षिण पश्चिम दिशा की तरफ मुड़ जाती है । यहां से सीमा पूर्व- दक्षिण दिशा में तिम्मेय्या रोख के साथ मुम्बई- पुणे नेशनल हाईवे की तरफ जाती है । यहां से पूर्व दिशा में छावनी सीमा, खंबे से मिलती है, जो परमार काम्पलैक्स के कोने में है । यहां +

[PART II-SEC . 4] से दक्षिणी दिशा की ओर और पारमार काम्पलैक्स की दीवार के साथ और हिन्दुस्तान पेट्रोलियम की पश्चिमी दीवार के साथ होते हुए, एक प्राकृतिक नाले से मिलती है , जो छावनी सीमा पार कर रहा है । यहां से सीमा उत्तर पश्चिम दिशा में छावनी की सीमा के साथ नेशनल हाईवे से मिलती है , जो हल्का क्र. 6 का आरंभिक बिन्दु है ।

हल्का सं . 7 : -

इस हल्के की सीमा एम.ई.एस.ए. 1 पम्प हाऊस के उत्तरी छोर से आरंभ होती है । यह इंद्रायणी नदी के किनारे स्थित है । यह छावनी सीमा पूर्वी दिशा की ओर, इंद्रायणी नदी के तट के साथ - साथ , छावनी सीमा खंबा सं. 1 तक जा रही है, जो श्मशान घाट के पास स्थित है । यहां से सीमा पूर्वी दिशा की ओर छावनी सीमा के साथ- साथ छावनी सीमा खंबा क्र. 19 तक जाती है । यहां से सीमा देहूगोला बारुद डिपो कीसीमाके साथ पश्चिम- उत्तर दिशा की ओर जाती है । यह डिपो छावनी सीमा खंबा क्र. 16 के पूर्वी दिशा में करीब 150 मीटर की दूरी पर है । यहां से छावनी सीमा पश्चिम दिशा की तरफ डीएडी और सीओडी की सीमा के साथ - साथ जा कर संत तुकाराम मार्ग जंक्शन, झेडेमाला गांव, को छूती है, जो सब्जी ओटे के पास है । यहां से सीमा सीओडी मार्ग के साथ जाते हुए पश्चिमी दिशा में अशोक नगर के जंक्शन को मिलती है । यहां से छावनी सीमा पूर्व- दक्षिणी दिशा की ओर बढ़ते हुए मुम्बई- पुणे हाईवे के जंक्शन में मिलती है । यहां से सीमा नेशनल हाईवे के साथ पश्चिमी दिशा में अलकापुरी के निवासी घरों में जंक्शन पर मिलती है । यहां से सीमा, अलकापुरी की सीमा के साथ - साथ जाते हुए, नेशनल हाईवे की तरफ लोट आती है और उसे छूती है । यहां से सीमा पश्चिम दिशा में मुम्बई- पुणे नेशनल हाईवे के साथ जाते हुए, रेलवे के ऊपरी पुल के निकट एक स्थान को छूती है, जो छावनी सीमा खंबा सं. 30 के ऊपर है । यहां से छावनी सीमा पश्चिम उत्तर दिशा में मध्य रेलवे लाईन के साथ, करिअप्पा रोड स्थिल रेलवे के ऊपरी पुल तक जाती है । फिर यह सीमा पश्चिम उत्तर दिशा में भगत सिंग मार्ग के साथ एम.ई.एस.ए. 1 पम्प हाऊस तक पहुंचती है अर्थात् आरंभिक बिंदु तक जाती है ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi , the 17th January, 2003

S.R.O. 01 (E) .- The following draft rules to regulate the division of Dehu Road Cantonment into Wards for the purpose ofholding election in the said Cantonment and to determine the number of members to be elected from each ward which the Central Government proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by clauses ( a) and (b) of Section 31 of the Cantonments Act , 1924 (2 of 1924) and in supersession of the Dehu Road Cantonment (Division into Wards) Rules, 1982 published vide notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence No. S.R.O. 214 dated the 4th Sept. , 1982 , are hereby published as required by the said section for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notic is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration on or after the 60th day from the date of publication ofthis notification .

Any objections or suggestions which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft before the said sixtieth day will be considered by the Central Government .

DRAFT RULES

1. Short title and commencement: ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Deliu Road Cantonment (Division into Wards) Rules, 2002.

(2) They shall come into force on this date of final publication in this Official Gazette.

2. Division of Cantonment into Wards : For the purpose of holding elections to the Cantonment Board the Dehu Road Cantonment shall be divided into following Wards , namely:

Theboundary of this ward starts from Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 46 which is situated on the Northern side ofMumbai Pune National Highway near the junction of Mumbai Pune National Highway and Kandeth Road. From this point boundary runs along the National Highway towards westerly direction upto Cantonment Boundary Piller No. 49 through Cantonment Boundary Piller Nos. 47 and 48 , From this point the Boundary runs Northerly direction along the Cantonment Boundary upto Piller No 51 which is situated on the Eastern side of the Central Railway Lines through Cantonment Boundary Piller No. 50. Then it runs in Northerly direction along the Central Railway Lines upto Cantonment Boundary Piller No. 52 which is situated opposite to Talegaon Dabhade and then it runs in Northerly direction along the Cantonment Boundary Piller Nos . 53 , 54, 55 upto Cantonment Boundary Piller No. 56. From this point the Boundary runs in Easterly direction upto Cantonment Boundary piller No. 57. Then it runs along the Cantonment Boundary in North-Easterly direction upto Cantonment Boundary Piller No , 58. From this point the boundary runs along the Cantonment boundary in Easterly direction through Cantonment Boundary Piller Nos. 59 to 64 along the side bern of Talegaon Chakan Road upto Cantonment Boundary Piller No. 65 , which is situated on the Western bank of Indrayani River. Then it runs along the bank of Indrayani River in southerly direction upto a point opposite Northern corner of AI MES Pump House . Then it runs in Southerly direction to meet Bhgat Singh Marg and meets Kariappa Marg which is situated below the crossing of the over- hcad bridge of Central Railway. From this point the boundary runs along with the Kariappa Marg and towards the crossing of road near old Police Satation . From this point the boundary runs along the M.E.S. road towards East - Westerly direction and towards a point near the Gurudwara Junction . From this point the boundary runs in the West- Northely direction and towards a point near the Mumbai Pune National Highway No. 4 and Westerly diversion of Mumbai Pune National Highway. From this point the boundary runs in the Westerly direction along the National Highway towards Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 46from where the boundary ofWard No. 1 starts .

Ward No. 2.:

The boundary of this ward start from the Cantonment boundary Pillar No. 46 which is situated at the Southeren Corner of the junction of Mumbai Pune National Highway and Kandeth Road. From this Point the boundary runs in the Easterly direction along the Mumbai Pune National Highway and meets near junction of Westerly diversion of Mumbai Pune National Highway and further it runs along the road in the same direction and touches the acquired Boundary Pillar (fencing of Police Station and residential quarters ) . From this point the boundary runs towards Westerly direction along the fencing and meets Westerly diversion of Mumbai Pune National Highway. From this point boundary runs along the Westerly direction of Mumbai Pune Road in the Southerly direction and touches the Boundary wall of Shri Shiva ji Vidyalaya on Dr. Ambedkar Road From this point the boundary runs along Dr. Ambedkar Road towards North-Easterly direction upto the acquired boundary pillar which is situated on the right side of Dr. Ambedkar Road towards the Main Bazar. From this point the boundary runs towards Southerly direction along the boundary of GLR Sy No. 81 and 80 upto the house of Shri Baban Taras. From this point the boundary runs towards Westerly direction and touches the road -side- berm of new diversion of Mumbai Pune National Highway. From this point the boundary runs towards Southerly direction along the new National Highway upto the Cantonment limit between Cantonment Boundary Pillar Nos . 31 and 32. From this point the boundary runs along the Cantonment Boundary Pillar Nos . 32 and 33 in the Westerly direction and meets with Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 34. From this point the boundary runs in the North- Westerly direction along with the Cantonmentboundary through Cantonment Boundary Pillars No. 35 to 45 and meets with Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 46 from where the boundary of ward No. 2 starts .

Ward No. 3:

The boundary of this ward starts from the junction ofDr. Ambedkar Road andWesterly diversion of Mumbai Pune National Highway. From this point the boundary runs in the Northerly direction along the new diversion of Mumbai Pune National Highway and towards the fencing of the Police station and the Police residential quarters . [PART II-SEC . 4] boundary runs in the Easterly direction along the fencing of the Police quarters and touches the Mumbai Pune National Highway No. 4 opposite St. Jude School. From this point the boundary runs along the Mumbai Pune National Highway and touches with Shivaji Road near Gurudwara. From this point the boundary runs towards North -Westerly direction along the MES Road upto the Old Police station junction . From this point the boundary runs in the North - Easterly direction through the MES Road upto the Railway Over Bridge . From this point the boundary runs in the East- Southerly direction along the railway line upto Civil Area Boundary Pillar which is situated opposite to New Paper Mart . From this point the boundary runs in the North-Westerly direction along the Shivaji Road upto Subhash Chowk. From this point the boundary runs in theWesterly direction along Swami Vivekanand road and meets with National Highway No. 4. From this point the boundary runs in the Westerly direction along Dr. Ambedkar road and meets with a point at the Westerly diversion on Mumbai Pune National Highway from where the boundary of ward No. 3 starts .

Warıl No. 4:

The boundary of this ward starts from the acquired Boundary Pillar on Sy. No. 80 and 81 at Dr. Ambedkar Road opposite to Water Treatment Plant . From this poirit the boundary runs East- Southerly direction upto bore Well near the house of Shri Baban Taras . Then it runs in West -Southerly direction and touches the new Mumbai Pune Road in Westerly direction near M SEB transformer of Shitala Nagar No. 2. From this point the boundary runs in Southerly direction along with Westerly diversion of Mumbai Pune National Highway upto the Cantonment limit between Cantonment boundary Pillars No. 31 and 32. Then the boundary runs in Easterly direction along the Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 31 and turns to Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 30 at North -Easterly direction which is situated near Railway Over Bridge. Then the boundary runs along with Central railway track towards Northerly direction upto the pedestrain over head bridge of Dehuroad Railway Station platform No. I situated near Railway Quarters Type No. 4/1 . From this point the boundary runs towards West- Southerly direction along the left side of Abooseth road and towards Mumbai Pune road near the Bank of India Chowk. then the boundary runs towards West - Northerly direction along with Mumbai Pune National Highway upto the junction ofDr. Ambedkar Road and Swami Vivekanand Road. Then the boundary runs along with Dr. Aimbedkar road inwesterly direction and meets with the acquired Boundary Pillar on Sy. No. 80 and 81 at Dr. Ambedkar Road opposite to Water Treatment Plant from where the boundary off Ward No. 4 starts.

Ward No. 5:

The boundary of this ward starts from the junction of Mumbai Pune Road near the Bank of India. Then the boundary runs towards East -Northerly direction along Abooseth Road upto Bharat Hotel . From this point the boundary runs along the katcha road towards Mumbai Pune roadat east- Southerly direction upto Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 30. From this point the boundary runs in East-Southerly direction along the Cantonment Boundary upto Cantonment boundary PillarNo. 29. From this point the boundary runs in Easterly direction upto Cantonment boundary Pillar No. 27 along with Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 28. Then the boundary runs in East- Southerly direction upto a natural drain where a PCMC culvert exits ( i.e. in between Boundary Pillar Nos . 27 and 26 ) . Then the boundary rans in the Northerly direction along with the backside of boundary wall ofHindustan Petroleum and Parmar Complex and meets with the National Highway No. 4 near the Northern wall of Parmar Complex. Then the boundary runs North - Westerly direction along with National Highway upto junction of Alkapuri . Then the boundary runs in Southerly direction along with fencing of alkapuri and turns to Westerly direction upto OF DR Road. Then the boundary runs towards Northerly direction upto National Highway No. 4 near the culvert . Then the boundary runs in westerly direction along with Mumbai Pune road upto railway Over Bridge . Then boundary runs in the North-Westerly direction at South side of Railway Line alongwith Railway boundary Wall upto unmanned level crossing opposite to K S Pinjan's Hotel . Then the boundary crosses Shivaji road alongwith the edge of Shivaji Road west side upto Subhash Chowk . Then it runs in Westerly direction alongwith Swamy Vivekanand Road upto Mumbai Pune Road junction . Then the boundary runs in East -Southerly direction alongwith Mumbai Pune road upto the Bank of India where the boundary of ward No. 5 starts .

Ward No. 6

The boundary of this ward starts from the Southern corner of boundary wall of PCMC Octroi Post at Nigdi situated between Cantonment Boundary Pillar Nos . 25 and 26 at Mumbai Pune National Highway. From this point the boundary runs towards East - Northerly direction along Cantonment Boundary Pillars upto Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 19 which is situated at the boundary of talawade village . From this point the boundary runs towards Northerly direction along the fencing of Dehu Ammunition Depot near Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 16 which is located at Karke mala . then the boundary runs in the Westerly direction along with the fence of DAD No. II/ COD and runs towards Westerly direction upto Sant Tukaram Marg along with the COD fencing, which is situated near the Vegetable Ottas of Zende mala . From this pointthe boundary runs towards Southerly direction along with left side of Sant Tukaram Marg upto Central Ordnance Depot and then turns South -Westerly. From this point the Boundary runs towards East -Southerly direction along Thimmayya road towards Mumbai Pune National Highway. From this point the boundary runs towards Easterly side and meets with the acquired boundary pillar which is situated at the corner of Parmaer Complex . Southerly direction along with the fencing of Parmar Complex and Western boundary wall of Hindustan Petroleum and meets with a natural drain which crosses the Cantonment boundary . From this point the boundary runs towards North- Westerly direction along with the boundary of the Cantonment and meets with the point at the National Highway from where the boundary of Ward No. 6 starts.

Ward No. 7 :

The boundary ofthis ward starts from the Northern corner ofMES A 1 Pump House on Indrayani River Bank. From this point the boundary runs towards easterly dircection along the boundary of the Cantonment on the bank of Indrayani riverupto Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 1 which is situated near the Cremation Shed. From this point the boundary runs towards Easterly direction along the Cantonment boundary upto cantonment boundary Pillar No. 19. From this point the boundary runs towards West - Northerly direction along the fencing of Dehu Ammunition Depot situated at a distance approximately 150 meters towardes Easterly direction of Cantonment boundary Pillar No. 16. From this point the boundary runstowards Westerly direction along the fencing ofDAD and COD and touches Sant Tukaram Marg junction of Zendemala village ncar the Vegetable Ottas. From this point the boundary runs in the Westerly direction along the COD road and meets with thejunction of Ashok Nagar. From this point the boundary runs towards East- Southerly direction and meets with the junction ofMumbai Pune Highway. From this point the boundary runs towards westerly direction along the National Highway upto the junction of Alkapuri residential quarters . From this point the boundary runs along the fencing of Alkapuri residential area and returns to National Highway and touches with the same. From this point the boundary runs towards Westerly direction along the Mumbai Pune National Highway and touches with a point near railway Over Bridge over Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 30. Then boundary runs West - Northerly direction with Central Railway Track upto Railway Over Bridge of Kariappa Road . Then the boundary runs West - Northerly direction with Bhagat Singh Marg upto MES Al Pump House where the boundary of Ward No. 7 starts .
