सा.का.नि. 38 (अ ). नारियल विकास बोर्ड अधिनियम , 1979 ( 1979 का 5) की धारा 20 की उपधारा (2) के खण्ड (ख) के साथ पठित उप-धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा नारियल विकास बोर्ड ( सहायक विपणन अधिकारी , केमिस्ट, ड्राइवर ग्रेड । , मशीन आपरेटर , बिक्री सहायक, हैन्डी मैन और हेल्पर) भर्ती विनियम , 1994 को, जहां तक उनका संबंध सहायक विपणन अधिकारी के पद से है , उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए , जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले किया गया है अथवा करने से लोप किया गया है , नारियल विकास बोर्ड, केन्द्रीय सरकार की पिछली स्वीकृति के साथ , एत‌द्वारा नारियल विकास बोर्ड भर्ती विनियम , 1984 में आगे संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाते हैं , अर्थात्:-

इन विनियमों का नाम नारियल विकास बोर्ड भर्ती ( संशोधन) विनियम , 2003 होगा । 1. (1)

(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

नारियल विकास बोर्ड भर्ती विनियम , 1984की अनुसूची में: - 2.

(क) निदेशक , उप निदेशक ( विकास ) , उप निदेशक ( विपणन) , सहायक निदेशक , विपष्षन अधिकारी और सांख्यिकीय अधिकारी के पदों से सम्बन्धित क्रम संख्या 1 से 6 तथा उनसे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के लिए , निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्याएं एवं प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगीं, अर्थात्:-

G.S.R. 38 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1 ) read with clause (b) of sub- section (2) of section 20 of the Coconut Development Board Act, 1979 (5 of 1979) and in supersession of the Coconut Development Board (Assistant Marketing Officer , Chemist , Driver Grade- I , Machine Operator , Sales Assistant, Handyman and Helper) Recruitment Regulations, 1994, in so far as they relate to the post of Assistant Marketing Officer except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Coconut Development Board, with the previous sanction of the Central Government , hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Coconut Development Board Recruitment Regulations , 1984, namely: -

1. ( 1 ) These regulations may be called the Coconut Development Board Recruitment (Amendment ) Regulations, 2003 .

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Schedule to the Coconut Development Board Recruitment Regulations, 1984, -

(a) for serial numbers 1 to 6 relating to the posts of Director, Deputy Director (Development) , Deputy Director (Marketing ), Assistant Director , Marketing Officer and Statistical Officer and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers. and entries shall be substituted, namely: -
