का.आ. 55( अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, कोयला धारक क्षेत्रों (अर्जन और विकास) अधिनियम 1957 ( 1957 का 20) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1 ) के अधीन, भारत सरकार के कोयला मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं० का० ओ० १॥ तारीख 16 जनवरी, 2001 द्वारा, जो भारत के राजपत्र, भाग 2, खंड 3, उपखंड ( ii ) तारीख २० जनवरी, 2001 में प्रकाशित की गई थी , उससे संलग्न अनुसूची में और जो इससे संलग्न अनुसूची में भी विनिर्दिष्ट है, परिक्षेत्र की भूमि में जिसका माप 4576.88 एकड़ (लगभग) या 1852.238 हेक्टेयर (लगभग) कोयले का पूर्वेक्षण करने के अपने आशय की सूचना दी थी:
और उक्त भूमि की बाबत उक्त नियम की धारा 7 की उपधारा (1 ) की अधीन कोई सूचना नहीं दी गई हैं ;
अतः, अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 की उपधारा (1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , तारीख जनवरी, 2003 से प्रारंभ होने वाले एक वर्ष की और अवधि को ऐसी अवधि के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है जिसके भीतर केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त भूमि या ऐसी भूमि में या उन पर के किसी अधिकार का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की सूचना दे सकेगी ।

रेखा बिन्दु "क " जो डुलुंगा, शारावन्ता और कालामेधा का त्रिसीमा विन्दु है से आरंभ होती है । यह डुलुंगा ओर कालामेधा, सतपर्लिया आर. एफ. और कालोधा, सतलिया आर.एफ. और खापुरिकचारा, मत्रहापारा और खापुरिकचारा , खुतिझुरा और खापुरिकचारा , गिरिपहाड़ आरक्षित वन और खापुरिकचारा और गिरिपहाड़ आरक्षित वन और कालामेधा की सम्मिलित सीमा के साथ- साथ दक्षिण की ओर तक बिन्दु " ख " तक आगे बढ़ती है । फिर रेखा गिरिपहाड़ आर.एफ. और ग्रामा एनलाइझराना की पूर्वी सीमा के साथ- साथ बिन्दु " ग " तक, जो एनलाइझराना ग्राम के दक्षिण पूर्वी कोने पर है , दक्षिण की ओर आगे बढ़ती है । भारत का राजपत्र असाधारण

रेखा बिन्दु " ग " के पश्चात् एनलाझराना ग्राम और गिरिपहाड़ आरक्षित वन की दक्षिण सीमा के साथ- साथ पश्चिमी की ओर विन्दु " घ " तक, जो कुर्ता, गिरिपहाड़ आरक्षित वन और तनगारडिही ग्रामों का त्रिसीमा विन्दु है, आगे बढ़ती है । रेखा तब गिरीपहाड़ आर. एफ. और बेलाडिही ग्राम की पश्चिमी सीमा के साथ- साथ उत्तर पश्चिमी की ओर बिन्दु " ड. " तक आगे बढ़ती है । रेखा तब तेलाडिही ग्राम की उत्तरी सीमा और डुलुंगा ग्राम की पश्चिमी सीमा के साथ- साथ बिन्दु "च " तक जो डुलुंगा, मोनोहारपुर और थुमुडासन ग्रामों की त्रिसीमा बिन्दु है उत्तरपूर्व की तरफ आगे बढ़ती है ।

रेखा बिन्दु " च " से डुलुंगा ग्राम की उत्तरी सीमा के साथ - साथ पूर्व की तरफ बढ़ती है और आरंभिक बिन्दु " क " पर मिलती है ।

SCHEDULE
S.O. 55 ( E ) . Whereas by the notification of the Governrnent of India , Ministry of Coal, S.O. 91 dated the 16th January, 2001 under sub- section ( 1 ) of the section 4 of the CoalBearing Areas (Acquisition and Development ) Act . 1957 (20 of 1957 ) and published in Part-II , Section 3 , Sub - section (ii ) of the Gazette of India , dated the 20th January, 2001 , the Central Government gave notice of its intention to prospect for coal in the lands measuring 4576.88 Acres ( approximately) or 1852.238 Hectare . (approximately) in the locality specified in the Schedule appended thereto , as also in the Schedule hereto annexed ,
And whereas in respect of the said lands, no notice under sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 7 of the said Act has been given ,
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub Section ( 1 ) of Section 7 of the said Act , the Central Government hereby specifies a further period of one year commencing from the 20th January , 2003 as the period within which the Central Government may give notice of its intention to acquire the said lands or any rights in or over such lands .

A-B-C:- The line starts from point ' A' , which is the trijunction point of villages Dulinga , Sharabanta and Kalamegha . It proceeds towards south along the common boundary of villages Dulinga and Kalamegha , Satparlia R.F. and Kalamegha , Satparlia R.F. and Khapurikachhara , Majhapara and Khapurikachhara , Khuntijhura and Khapurikachhara , Giripahar Reserve Forest and Khapurikachhara , and Giripahar Reserve Forest and Kalamegha upto point 'B' . Thern the line proceeds towards south along the eartem boundary ofGiripahar R.F. and village Ainlajharana upto point 'C' which is the south -east corner of village Ainlajharana .
C-D-E-F After point 'C' the line proceeds towards west along the southem boundary of villages Ainlajharana and Giripahar Reserve Forest upto point ' D ' which is the trijunction point of villages Kutra , Giripahar Reserve Forest and Tangardihi .. The line then proceeds towards north - west along the western boundary of Giripahar R.F. and village Beladihi upto point'E' .
