का.आ. 59 (अ ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार, मोटरयान अधिनियम, 1988 ( 1988 का 59 ) की धारा 8 , 9, 11 , 12, 15, 17, 19, 27, 44, 47, 49 , 51 , 54 , 56, 64 धारा 88 की उपधारा ( 14 ) और धारा 110 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय मोटरयान ( पहला संशोधन ) नियम, 2001 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात्:-
उक्त नियमों के नियम 1 के उपनियम ( 2 ) में, " 28 फरवरी, 2003", अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर " 1 जनवरी , 2004 " अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

New Delhi , the 21st January , 2003
S.O. 59 (E) . In exercise of powers conferred by Sections 8 , 9, 11 , 12, 15, 17, 19, 27, 44, 47, 49, 51, 54, 56,64, Sub-section (14) of Section 88 and Section 110 of theMotor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Central Motor Vehicles (1st Amendment) Rules, 2001 , namely:-
Inthe said rules, in rule 1, in sub-rule (2), for thewords, figures and letters " on 28th February, 2003 " , the words, figures and letters " on 1st January, 2004" , shall be substituted.
