सा.का.नि. 51( अ ) -केन्द्र सरकार, महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए ( i ) श्री जी. एम. कृष्णामूर्ति और ( ii ) श्री जे. एच. फ्रेडरिक अबू को क्रमशः मद्रास पत्तन न्यास कर्मचारी संघ एवं मद्रास पत्तन यूनाइटेड मजदूर संघ का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए चेन्नई पत्तन के न्यासी बोर्ड में न्यासियों के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और भारत सरकार, पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष ) की दिनांक 26 जून , 2002 , की सा.का.नि. सं. 454( अ) और दिनांक 29 मई, 2002 की सा.का.नि. सं. 385 ( अ ) के साथ पठित दिनांक 1 मई, 2002 की सा.का.नि. सं. 315 ( अ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम सं. ( 17 ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियां जोड़ी जाएंगी , अर्थात्: -

Fredrick Ajoo , as trustees to represent Madras Port Trust Employees Union and Madras Port United Labour Union respectively on the Board of trustees for the Port of Chennai and makes the following amendment in the Notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping, Ports Wing, G.S.R. No. 315 (E) dated 1st May, 2002 readwith G.S.R. No. 385 (E) dated 29th May, 2002 and G.S.R. No. 454(B) dated 26th June, 2002.
2. In the said notification after serial number 17 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted namely :-
