सा.का.नि. 53 ( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, ऐसा समाधान होने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ ( संशोधन ) अध्यादेश , 2003 ( 2003 का 1 ) के जारी होने की तारीख को तत्समय प्रवृत्त उक्त उपधारा के अधीन जारी की गई सभी अधिसूचनाओं में, निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-

उक्त प्रत्येक अधिसूचना में, सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) की प्रथम अनुसूची के अध्याय, शीर्ष या उप- शीर्ष के किसी संदर्भ के लिए, यथास्थिति, किसी माल या माल के प्रवर्ग के संबंध में , उक्त अधिसूचना में जहां - जहां वे आते हैं, सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ ( संशोधन ) अध्यादेश , 2003 ( 2003 का 1 ) द्वारा यथासंशोधित सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) की प्रथम अनुसूची के अध्याय , शीर्ष या उप- शीर्ष के सदृश रखा गया समझा जाएगा ।
( 2 ) ये सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ ( संशोधन ) अध्यादेश, 2003 ( 2003 का 1 ) को प्रवृत्त होने की तारीख से लागू होंगे ।

G.S.R. 53 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962 ) . the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following amendments in all the notifications issued under the said Sub- section and for the time being in force on the date ofthe commencement of the Customs Tariff (Amendment ) Ordinance , 2003 ( 1 of 2003 ), namely:
In each of the said notifications , for any reference to the Chapter, heading or sub -heading of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975 ), as the case may be , relating to any goods or class of goods, wherever occurring in the said notification , the corresponding reference to the Chapter, heading or Sub -heading, of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 (51 of 1975) as amended by the Customs Tariff (Amendment ) Ordinance , 2003 ( 1 of 2003 ) shall be deemed to have been substituted .
(2) This notification shall come into force on the date of the commencement of the Customs Tariff ( Amendment Ordinance . 2003 ( 1 of2003).

सा.का.नि. 54 ( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) की धारा उक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ ( संशोधन ) अध्यादेश , 2003 ( 2003 का 1 ) के जारी होने की तारीख को तत्समय प्रवृत्त उक्त उप- धारो के अधीन जारी कीगई सभी अधिसूचनाओं में , सिवाय ऐसे कार्यों के लिए जो ऐसे संशोधन से पूर्व किए गए हैं या करने का लोप किया गया है , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: -

सा.का.नि. 57 ( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) की धारा 5 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ ( संशोधन ) अध्यादेश , 2003 (2003 का 1 ) के जारी होने की तारीख को तत्समय प्रवृत्त उक्त उप - धारा के अधीन बनाए गए सभी नियमों का संशोधन करने के लिए, सिवाय ऐसे कार्यों के लिए जो ऐसे संशोधन से पूर्व किए गए हैं या करने का लोप किया गया है , निम्नलिखित नियम बनती है , अर्थात: -

G.S.R. 57 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 5 of the Customs TariffAct, 1975 ( 51 of 1975 ) . the Central Govemment, hereby makes the following rules to amend all the rules made under the said sub- section and for the time being in force on the date of commencement of the Customs Tariff (Amendment) Ordinance , 2003 ( 1 of2003 ) . except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such amendment , namely: -
1.( 1) These rules may be called Customs Tariff Rules under Section 5 ( Amendment ) Rules, 2003 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of the commencement of the Customs Tariff (Amendment ) Ordinance, 2003 ( 1 of 2003 ) .

2. In each of the rules made under Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 5 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), for any reference to the Chapter, heading or sub-heading of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), as the case may be, relating to any goods or class of goods , wherever referred to in the said rule, the corresponding reference to the Chapter, heading and Sub -heading of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) as amended by theCustoms Tariff (Amendment ) Ordinance , 2003 ( 1 of 2003 ) shall be deemed to have been substituted.

Secy Note : This notification intends to take care of the technical changes adopted in the numbering scheme for Customs classification through Customs Tariff (Amendment ) Ordinance , 2003 ( 1 of 2003 ). सा.का.नि. 58 ( अ ).- केन्द्रीय उत्पाद और सीमाशुल्क बोर्ड, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 157 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ ( संशोधन ) अध्यादेश, 2003 ( 2003 का 1 ) के जारी होने की तारीख को तत्समय प्रवृत्त उक्त धारा के अधीन बनाए गए सभी विनियमों का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है अर्थात्: -
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों का नाम विनियम 2003 ( संशोधन ) की धारा 157 के अधीन सीमाशुल्क विनियम है ।
(2 ) ये सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ ( संशोधन ) आध्यादेश, 2003 ( 2003 का 1 ) को प्रवृत होने की तारीख से लागू होंगे ।
2. सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 1 ) को धारा 157 के अधीन बनाए गए प्रत्येक विनियम , सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1975 (1975 का 51 ) की प्रथम अनुसूची के अध्याय , शीर्ष या उप- शीर्ष के किसी संदर्भ के लिए, यथास्थिति किसी माल या माल के प्रवर्ग के संबंध में, उक्त विनियम में यथा संदर्भित, सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ ( संशोधन ) अध्यादेश , 2003 ( 2003 का 1 ) द्वारा यथासंशोधित सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) की प्रथम अनुसूची के अध्याय , शीर्ष या उप - शीर्ष के सदृश रखा गया समझा जाएगा ।

आलोक शुक्ला, उप सचिव टिप्पणः यह अधिसूचना सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ ( संशोधन ) अध्यादेश, 2003 ( 2003 का 1 ) में संख्यांकन स्कीम में अंगीकृत तकनीकी परिवर्तनों को समाविष्ट करने के लिए आशायित है । ये संशोधन विद्यमान विनियमों में कोई सारवान परिवर्तन नहीं करते है । अतः पृथक- पृथक विनियम के विवरण इंगित नहीं किए गए हैं ।
