का.आ. 85( अ )- केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा उक की उप धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के राजपत्र, भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप खण्ड ( ii ) तारीख 17 मई, 2002 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 524( अ) तारीख 17 मई, 2002 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
S.O 85(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section (1 ) ofSection 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 524 (E) , dated the 17th May, 2002, published in theGazette of India, Part II , Section 3 , Sub -section ( ii ) dated the 17th May, 2002, namely :-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, स्तंभ ( 3 ) में, श्री पेरूमपुदूर ताल्लुक से संबंधित क्रम सं. 1 के सामने,-
In the Schedule to the said notification , against serial No. 1 relating to Taluk Sriperumpudur, in, columnn (3 ),—
(क) स्तंभ (4 ) में, गांव ( 1 ) मेवलूरकुप्पम के सामने, सर्वेक्षण सं. " 342/1 " के स्थान पर सर्वेक्षण सं. " 342 / 1 बी " रखा जाएगा;
(a) against village ( 1 ) Mevalurkuppam, in column (4), for the SurveyNo. " 342/1 " , the Survey No. " 342/ 1B" shall be substituted;
(ख) स्तंभ (4 ) में, गावं इरूंगलम के सामने, सर्वेक्षण सं. " 13" के स्थान पर सर्वेक्षण सं. " 13/3 " रखा जाएगा;
(b) against village Irungulam, in column (4), for Survey No. " 13", the Survey No. " 13/3 " shall be substituted;
(ग) स्तंभ (4) में, गांव ( 3 ) पेन्नलूर के सामने सर्वेक्षण सं. " 82/2ए" के स्थान पर सर्वेक्षण सं. " 89/ 2 ए" रखा जाएगा ।
(c) against village (3 ) Pennalur, in column (4) , for the Survey No. " 82/2A " , the Survey No. " 89 /2A" shall be substituted.
2. इस अधिसूचना की संशोधित सर्वेक्षण संख्याओं के अनुसार इस अधिसूचना के अंतर्गत आने वाली भूमि में हितबद्ध कोई व्यक्ति इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से इक्कीस दिन के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा उग की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के अधीन उक्त अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित प्रयोजन के लिए इस भूमि के उपयोग के संबंध में आक्षेप कर सकेगा ।
2. Any person interested in the land covered under the this notification as amended Survey Nos . this notification may, within twenty-one days from the date ofpublication of this notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the use of the land for the purpose mentioned in the said notitication under Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 C of the said Act.
