का.आ. 69 ( अ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा उक की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के राजपत्र , भाग II, खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) तारीख 15 अप्रैल, 2002 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 426 ( अ ) , तारीख 15 अप्रैल, 2002 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में,-
(i) प्रस्तावना में " 27/600 कि. मी. से 86/450 कि. मी. तक " अक्षरों, अंकों तथा शब्दों के स्थान पर " 27/460 कि.मी. से 86/450 कि. मी. तक" अंक, अक्षर, तथा शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
(ii) अनुसूची में-
(अ ) प्रारंभिक पंक्तियों में " ( 27/600 कि. मी. से 86/450 कि. मी. तक ) ", कोष्ठक, अक्षर, अंकों और शब्द के स्थान पर " ( 27/460 कि.मी. से 86/450 कि. मी. तक ) ", कोष्ठक , अंक, अक्षर और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ;
(आ) स्तंभ ( 1 ) में, क्रम संख्या ( 12 ) में गांव विटावीदगई से संबंधित स्तंभ ( 3 ) में:-
(क ) सर्वेक्षण संख्या 26 के सामने, स्तंभ ( 5 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 671 " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ;
(ख ) सर्वेक्षण संख्या 28 / 1 ए के सामने, स्तंभ ( 5 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 260 " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ;
( ग ) सर्वेक्षण संख्या 34/1 के सामने, स्तंभ ( 5 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 111 " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
(घ) सर्वेक्षण संख्या 34/2 के सामने, स्तंभ ( 5 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 108 " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ।
2. कोई व्यक्ति जो इस अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित भूमि में हितबद्ध हैं इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से इक्कीस दिन के भीतर, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा उग की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के अधीन उक्त अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित प्रयोजन के लिए, इस भूमि के उपयोग के संबंध में आक्षेप भेज सकेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th January, 2003
S.O. 69 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1) of section 3 A of the National HighwaysAct, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S. O. 426 (E), dated the 15th April, 2002, published in theGazette of India , Part II, Section 3 , Sub- section (ii ), dated the 15th April, 2002 , namely :
In the said notification,---
(1) inthe preamble , for the letters , figures and word " km 27/600 to km 86/450 " , the letters , figures and word " km 27/460 to km 86/450 " shall be substituted;
(ii) in the Schedule,-
(A) in the opening line , for the brackets, letters, figures and word " (km. 27/600 to km. 86/450 ) " , the brackets, letters, figures and word " (km . 27/460 to km . 86/450) " shall be substituted;
(B) in column ( 1 ), in Sl . No. ( 12) relating to village Vittavidagai , in column (3 ) ,-
(a) against Survey No. 26 , for the entry in column (5) , the entry " 671 " shall be substituted;
(b) against Survey No. 28/ 1A, for the entry in column (5) , the entry " 260 " shall be substituted;
(c) against Survey No. 34/1 , for the entry in column ( 5) , the entry " 111 " shall be substituted;
(d) against Survey No. 34/2 , for the entry in column (5) , the entry " 108 " shall be substituted.
2.Anyperson interested in the land mentioned in this notification may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication ofthis notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection on the use ofthe land for the purpose mentioned in the said notification under sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3C ofthe said Act .
