का.आ. 97 ( अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् ( संशोधन ) अधिनियम, 2002 ( 2002 का 52 ) की धारा 1 की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, 28 जनवरी , 2003 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है , जिसको उक्त अधिनियम प्रवृत्त होगा।

S.O. 97 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section (2) of Section 1 of the Indian Medicine Central Council (Amendment ) Act, 2002 (52 of 2002) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 28th January, 2003 , as the date on which the said Act shall come into force .
