आदेश
नई दिल्ली, 28 जनवरी , 2003
का.आ. 99( अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, पर्यावरण ( संरक्षण ) अधिनियम, 1986 ( 1986 का 29 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) और (3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा 1985 की रिट याचिका 13029 में आई ए 201 में किसी प्रकार के आगामी आदेशों को पारित करने की शर्त के अध्यधीन , भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय के आदेश सं. का.आ. 93 ( अ ) तारीख 29 जनवरी , 1998 में , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्: - उक्त अधिसूचना में पैरा 1 में,
( i ) " पांच वर्षों की अवधि के लिए " , शब्दों के स्थान पर " आठ वर्षों की अवधि के लिए " शब्द रखे जाएंगे;
(ii) क्रम सं. ( 1 ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्:-
" ( 1 ) श्री भूरे लाल, सचिव, समन्वय और लोक शिकायतें, सरदार पटेल भवन, नई दिल्ली-110001- अध्यक्ष";
( iii ) क्रम सं. ( 2 ) पर " श्रीमती किरन ढींगरा , आयुक्त एवं सचिव, परिवहन विभाग, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र सरकार, दिल्ली, " शब्दों के स्थान पर, " आयुक्त सह- सचिव, 254 G1 / 2003
(1) परिवहन विभाग , राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र, सरकार, दिल्ली" शब्द रखे जाएंगे;
(iv) क्र. सं. (5) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्: -
" (5 ) श्री एन. आर. राजे, कार्यकारी निदेशक, आर एंड डी सेक्टर, इंडियन ऑयल कॉरपोरेशन, सेक्टर- 13 , फरीदाबाद -121007 , हरियाणा- सदस्य (6 ) डॉ. पी.सी. चौबे , अपर प्रौफेसर, हॉस्पिटल प्रशासन, अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान, अंसारी नगर, नई दिल्ली- 110029- सदस्य । (7 ) श्री डी. के. बिस्वास, अध्यक्ष , केन्द्रीय प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड, परिवेश भवन, पूर्वी अर्जुन नगर, दिल्ली-110032-संयोजक । "
2. अध्यक्ष की निबंधन और शर्तें, उसकी अधिवर्षिता के पश्चात्, केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा अवधारित की जाएंगी ।

New Delhi , the 28th January, 2003
S.O. 99 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferredby Sub- sections ( 1 ) and (3 ) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government , subject to any further orders that may be passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in IA 201 in Writ Petition 13029 of 1985, hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests , number S.O. 93 (E ) dated the 29th January, 1998 , namely:--
Inthe said notification , in paragraph 1 ,- (1) for the words " for a period of five years " , the words" for a period of eight years " shall be substituted;
(ii) for serial number ( 1 ) and the entry relating thereto , the following serial number and entry shall be substituted , namely :-
" (i ) Shri Bhure Lal , Secretary, Coordination and PublicGrievances , Sardar Patel Bhawan, New Delhi - 110001-Chairman." ;
(iii) at serial number (2 ) , for the words "Simt. Kiran Dhingra , Commissioner-cum- Secretary, Transport Department , Government ofNational Capital Territory of Delhi , Delhi " The words "Commissioner- cum-Secretary ,
[PART II-SEC . 3 ( ii) ] Transport Department , Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi , Delhi " shall be substituted;
(iv) for serial number (5) and the entry relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"(5) Shri N.R. Raje, Executive Director, R&D Sector, IndianOil Corporation, Sector- 13, Faridabad- 121007 , Haryana-Member (6) Dr. P.C. Chaubey , Additional Professor, Hospital Administration , All India Institute of Medical Sciences , Ansari Nagar, New Delhi - 110029-Member.
(7) Shri D.K. Biswas , Chairman , Central Pollution Control Board , Parivesh Bhawan , East Arjun Nagar , Delhi- 110032-Convenor . " .
2. The terms and conditions of the Chairman , after his superannuation, shall be determined by the Central Government.
