का.आ. 103 (अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, लौह अयस्क खान, मैंगनीज अयस्क खान और क्रोम अयस्क खान श्रम कल्याण निधि नियम , 1978के नियम 3 के उपनियम ( 2 ) , नियम 4 के उपनियम ( 1 ) ( क) और 2 तथा नियम 16 के साथ पठित, लौह अयस्क खान , मैंगनीज अयस्क खान और क्रोम अयस्क खान श्रम कल्याण निधि अधिनियम, 1976 ( 1976 का 61 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उपर्युक्त अधिनियम के प्रशासन से उत्पन्न होने वाले मामलों के संबंध में जिनके अंतर्गत लौह अयस्क खान, मैंगनीज अयस्कखान और क्रोम अयस्क खान श्रम कल्याण निधि के लागू होने से संबंधित मामले भी हैं, केन्द्रीय सरकार की सलाह देने के लिए गोवा राज्य के लिए सलाहकार समिति का गठन करती है और निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को उक्त समिति में राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए नियुक्त करती है; अर्थात्:-

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Iron Ore Mines , Manganese Ore Mines and Chrome Ore Mines Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1976 (61 of1976) , read with sub -rule (2) ofrule 3, sub -rule ( 1 ) ( a) and 2 of rule 4 and rule 16 of the Iron Ore Mines , Manganese Ore Mines and Chrome Ore Mines Labour Welfare Fund Rules, 1978 , the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advisory Committee and appoints the following persons to the said Committee for the State of Goa to advise the Central Government on the matters arising out of the administration of the aforesaid Act, including matters relating to the application of the Iron Ore Mines , Manganese Ore Mines and Chrome Ore Mines Labour Welfare Fund, for aperiod of three years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , namely:-
