का.आ. 105( अ). वित्तीय आस्तियों के प्रतिभूतिकरण एवं पुनगर्ठन तथा प्रतिभूति हित प्रवर्तन अधिनियम, 2002 (2002 का 54) की धारा 2 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ग ) के मद ( v ) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्द्वारा बैंकिंग विनियमन अधिनियम, 1949 ( 1949 का 10 ) की धारा 5 के खण्ड (गगन ) में यथा परिभाषित " सहकारी बैंक " को वित्तीय आस्तियों के प्रतिभूतिकरण एवं पुनर्गठन तथा प्रतिभूति हित प्रवर्तन अधिनियम, 2002 (2002 का 54) के उद्देश्य के लिए " बैंक " के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है ।
S.O. 105 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred under item (v) ofclause (c) of Sub-section (1 ) of Section 2 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement ofSecurity Interest Act, 2002 (54 of 2002) , the Central Government hereby specifies " Co- operative Bank" as defined in clause (cci ) of Section 5 of BankingRegulation Act, 1949 (10 of 1949) as ' bank' for the purpose of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security InterestAct, 2002 (54 of2002).
