सं. आर . एस. 1 /1/ 2003 - एल. राष्ट्रपति द्वार। 29 जनवरी, 2003 को दिया गया निम्नलिखित आदेश आम सूचना के लिए प्रकाशित किया जाता है :-
"In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by clause ( 1 ) ofarticle 85 of the Constitution . I hereby summon the Rajya Sabhato meet at 11.00 A.M. on Monday. the 17th February, 2003 at New Delhi .
" संविधान के अनुच्छेद 85 के खंड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मैं एतद्वारा राज्य सभा को सोमवार, 17 फरवरी , 2003 को मध्याह्न पूर्व 11.00 बजे नई दिल्ली में समवेत होने के लिए आमंत्रित करता हूँ ।
