नई दिल्ली, 30 जनवरी , 2003 सं. 3/2003 -केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क ( गै. टै. ) सा.का.नि. 68( अ).- केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियमावली, 2002, के नियम 19 के उप- नियम ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय, राजस्व विभाग की दिनांक 26 जून , 2001 की अधिसूचना सं. 45/2001-केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क ( गै. टै. ) में आगे निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , नामशः:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, पैरा 1 के उप- पैरा ( 3 ) में, " पेट्रोलियम ऑयल और ल्युब्रीकैंट उत्पाद" शब्द जहां कहीं भी आते हों, को " पेट्रोलियम ऑयल , लिक्विफाइड पेट्रोलियम गैस और ल्युब्रीकैंट उत्पाद " शब्दोंसे प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।

G.S.R. 68 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -rule (3 ) of rule 19 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue , No. 45/2001 -Central Excise (N.T. ), dated the 26th June, 2001 , namely : -
In the said notification, in sub -para (3 ) of para 1 , for thewords'petroleum oil and lubricant products ' wherever occurring, the words ' petroleum oil, liquified petroleum gas and lubricant products ' shall be substituted.
