अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 30 जनवरी , 2003 सं. 12/2003-सीमा शुल्क ( एन.टी. ) सा.का.नि. 69( अ).- बोर्ड, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962का 52 ) की धारा 14 की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, ऐसा समाधान होने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , एतद्वारा सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ ( संशोधन ) अध्यादेश , 2003 (2003का 1 ) के जारी होने की तारीख को तत्समय प्रवृत्त उक्त उप- धारा के अधीन जारी की गई अधिसूचना सं. 79/2002- सी.शु. ( गै. टै. ) दिनांक 10 दिसम्बर , 2002 में, निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् - उक्त अधिसूचना में, सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 (1975 का 51 ) की प्रथम अनुसूची के अध्याय, शीर्ष या उप- शीर्ष के किसी संदर्भ के लिए, यथास्थिति, किसी माल या माल के प्रवर्ग के संबंध में, उक्तअधिसूचना में जहां- जहां वे आते हैं, सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ ( संशोधन ) अध्यादेश , 2003 ( 2003 का 1 ) द्वारा यथासंशोधित सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) की प्रथम अनुसूची के अध्याय , शीर्ष या उप- शीर्ष के सदृश रखा गया समझा जाएगा ।
2. ये सीमाशुल्क ( संशोधन ) अध्यादेश , 2003 ( 2003 का 1 ) को प्रवृत्त होने की तारीख अर्थात् पहली फरवरी, 2003 से लागू होंगे । [फा. सं. 467/03/2003-सी.शु. - 5 ]
एन.जे. कुमरेश, अवर सचिव टिप्पण:-यह अधिसूचना सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ ( संशोधन ) अध्यादेश, 2003 ( 2003 का 1 ) में संख्यांकन स्कीम में अंगीकृत तकनीकी परिवर्तनों को समाविष्ट करने के लिए आशयित हैं । ये संशोधन विद्यमान अधिसूचनाओं में कोई सारवान परिवर्तन नहीं करते हैं । अतः पृथक- पृथक अधिसूचना के विवरण इंगित नहीं किए गए हैं । 272 GI 2003

G.S.R. 69 (E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 2 ) of Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , the Board, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification No. 79/2002- Ctus . ( NT) , dated 10th December, 2002 issued under the said sub- section and for the time being in force on the date of the commencement of the Customs Tariff ( Amendment ) Ordinance, 2003 ( 1 of 2003 ) , namely:-
In the said notification , the reference to the Chapter. heading or sub - heading of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 ( 51 of 1975 ) , as the case may be . relating to any goods or class of goods , wherever occurring in the said notification , the corresponding reference to the Chapter, heading or sub -heading, of the First Schedule to the Custoins Tariff Act , 1975 ( 51 of 1975 ) as amended by theCustoms Tariff (Amendment) Ordinance, 2003 ( 1 of2(X03 ) shall be deemed to have been substituted.
This notification shall come into force on the date of the commeneement of the Customs Tariff ( Amendment) Ordinance , 2003 ( 1 of 2003 ) , i.e. Ist day of February , 2003. [ F. No. 467/03 /2003 -Cus. - VI

Note : This notification intends to take care of the technical changes adopted in the numbering scheme for Customs classification through Customs Tariff (Amendment ) Ordinance , 2003 ( 1 of 2003 ) . These amendments do not involve any substantive changes in the existing notifications. Hence . the particulars of the individual notification are not indicated .
