सा.का.नि. 72( अ ).- औषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री अधिनियम, 1940 ( 1940 का 23 ) की पहली अनुसूची का और संशोधन करने के लिए संशोधनों का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप, जिसे केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 33 ढ़ द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, आयुर्वेदिक, मिद्धा और यूनानी तकनीकी सलाहकार बोर्ड से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् बनाता चाहती हैं, उक्त धारा की अपेक्षानुसार ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए, जिनके उससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है , प्रकाशित किया जाता है और सूचना दी जाती है कि उक्त प्रारूप संशोधनों पर उस तारीख में, जिसको उस राजपत्र की प्रतियां, जिसमें यह अधिसूचना प्रकाशित की जाती हैं , जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी जाती है, तीन मास की अवधि के अवसान के पश्चात् विचार किया जाएगा;
आक्षेप या सुझाव, यदि कोई हों, सचिव , भारतीय चिकित्सा पद्धति और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय , भारतीय रेड क्रास सोसाइटी भवन, नई दिल्ली-110001 को भेजे जा सकेंगे ;
ऐमे किन्हीं आक्षेप या सुझावों पर, जो उक्त प्रारूप संशोधनों के संबंध में किसी व्यक्ति से ऊपर विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि के भीतर प्राप्त होंगे, केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा;
औषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री अधिनियम, 1940 ( 1940 का 23 ) की पहली अनुसूची के शीर्ष " [ ख - यूनानी तिब्ब प्रणाली के अधीन,- ( क) क्रम सं. 13 के सामने प्रविष्टि में " ( भाग 1 ) " कोष्ठकों, शब्द और अंक का लोप किया जाएगा;
(ख) क्रम सं. 13 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
" 14. भारत का यूनानी भेषजकोप। "

एल. प्रसाद, संयुक्त सचिव पाद टिप्पण:-1-5-1979 तक यथा संशोधित औषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री नियम, 1945 स्वास्थ्यऔर परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय ( स्वास्थ्यविभाग ) के उसे प्रकाशन में अंतर्विष्ट हैं जिसमें औषधि और प्रसाधन अधिनियम, 1940 और नियम ( पी डी जी एच एस -61 ) सम्मिलित हैं तथा जिसमें अंतिम संशोधन सा.का.नि. 648(अ ) तारीख16-9-2002 द्वारा किया गया है ।

G.S.R. 72 (E ) . The following draft of amendments further to amend the First Schedule forthe Drugs and Cosmetics Αρι. 1940. ( 23 of 1940 ) , which the Central Government after consultation with the Ayurvedic, Siddha and Unani Drugs Technical Advisory Board proposes to make, in exercise of the powers conferredby Section 33 -O of the said Act , is hereby published as required by the said section of the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft amendments will be taken into consideration after hic expiry of a period of thiree months from the date on which copies of the Official Gazette in which this notification is published . are made availableto the public Objections or suggestions , if any , may be addressed to the Secretary. Any objection or suggestions , which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft amendments within the period specified above will be taken into considcration by the Central government .
In the First Schedule to the Drugs and Cosmetics Act . 1940 (23 of 1940 ) under the heading " B-[ Unani Tibb Systems
( a) In the entry against serial number 13 , the brackets , word and figures " (Part 1 ) " shall be omitted:
(b) After serial number 13 and the entries relating thereto . the following shall be inserted . namely:
"14. Unani Pharmacopoeia of India .
