का.आ. 112( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार होम्योपैथी केन्द्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम, 1973 ( 1973 का 59 ) की धारा 13 की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय होम्योपैथी परिषद् से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, उक्त अधिनियम की दूसरी अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
दूसरी अनुसूची में , " महाराष्ट्र " शीर्षक के नीचे: --
( i ) क्रम संख्यांक 11 ग और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा;
( ii ) क्रम संख्या 12ख और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाए, अर्थात्:-

New Delhi , the 3.1st January , 2003
S.O. 112( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2 ) of Section 13 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973 ), the Central Government , after consulting the Central Council of Homoeopathy , hereby makes the following further amendment in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely :-
In the Second Schedule , under the heading " MAHARASHTRA " :-
(i) serial number 11c and entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
( ii ) for serial number 12b and entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely:-
