का.आ. 117( अ ).-खान अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 35 ) की धारा 5 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार श्री रवीन्द्र शर्मा, महानिदेशक, खान सुरक्षा महानिदेशालय , धनबाद, को उन समस्त क्षेत्रों के लिए जो उक्त अधिनियम के दायरे में शामिल है , मुख्य खान निरीक्षक के रूप में नियुक्त करती है । यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख को उस तारीख से अगले आदेश तक प्रभाव में रहेगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 1st February, 2003
S.O. 117 (E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 5 of the Mines Act, 1952 ( 35 of 1952), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Ravindra Sharma, Director General , Directorate General ofMines Safety, Dhanbad to be the Chief Inspector ofMines for all the territories to which the said Act extends . This Notification shall come into force on and from date of its publication in the Official Gazette until further orders.
