का.आ. 120 ( अ ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयेग करते हुए, भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण भाग II , खण्ड 3, उप खण्ड ( ii ) तारीख 3 जुलाई , 2001 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन जल भूतल परिवहन मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 624 ( अ ) तारीख 3 जुलाई , 2001 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में;

S.O. 120 ( E ) . In exercise of the power conferred by clause ( a ) of Section 3 of the National Highhways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Surface Transport ( Department of Road Transport and Highways ) , number S.O. 624 ( E ) dated the 3rd July, 2001, published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part 11 , Section, sub- section ( ii ) , dated the 3rd July, 2001 , namely:---
