NewDelhi , the 3rd February, 2003 का.आ. 122( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, आन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य के कृष्णा जिले में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 9 पर 255.00 कि.मी. ( इब्राहिमपटनम के निकट थुम्मलपलेम ग्राम ) पर टोल प्लाजा का संनिर्माण करने के लिए नीचे अनुसूची में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट अपेक्षित भूमि के संबंध में उप कलेक्टर, सक्षम प्राधिकारी ( भूमि अर्जन ) एम.जी . रोड, गवर्नरपेट, विजयवाड़ा- 520002 , कृष्णा जिला, आन्ध्र प्रदेश को इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से अगले आदेशों तक, उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है ।
S.O. 122 (E ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956 ) the Central Government hereby authorises Sub Collector , competent authority ( Land Acquisition) , M.G. Road, Governorpet , Vijayawada - 520002 , Krishna District , Andhra Pradesh to perform the functions of the competent authority under the said act with effect from the date ofpublication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the land required to constructa Toll Plaza at ( Thummalapaleni Village near Ibrahimpatnam) Km . 255.00 on National Highways No. 9 District Krishna in the State of Andhra Pradesh as specified in the schedule below, till further orders .
