का. आ. 127( अ ).- यतः कतिपय संशोधन जिनको केन्द्र सरकार ने दिल्ली के मास्टर प्लान-2001 में करने का प्रस्ताव किया था, दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1957 का 61 ) की धारा 44 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार 2 जुलाई 2002 की समसंख्यक सार्वजनिक सूचना के रूप में उक्त सूचना की तारीख से 30 दिनों के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11 - क की उप धारा (3 ) द्वारा यथापेक्षित आपत्तियों/ सुझावों को मांगते हुए प्रकाशित किया गया था ।
2. यतः प्रस्तावित संशोधनों के बारे में सात आपत्तियां/ सुझाव प्राप्त हुए थे जिन पर मुख्य नियोजंक, नगर एवं ग्राम नियोजन संगठन की अध्यक्षता में गठित एक समिति जिसमें दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , दिल्ली नगर निगम, दिल्ली राज्य औद्योगिक विकास निगम तथा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के प्रतिनिधि शामिल थे द्वारा विचार किया गया था तथा यह कि केन्द्र सरकार ने मामले के सभी पहलुओं पर सावधानी पूर्वक विचार-विमर्श कर लेने के बाद मास्टर प्लान में संशोधन करने का निर्णय लिया है ।
3. अतएव, अब उपरोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11 - क की उप धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार भारत के राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से दिल्ली के उक्त मास्टर प्लान-2001 में एतद्धारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।

दिनांक 01.08.1990 के भारत के राजपत्र के पृष्ठ 124 और 125 पर निम्नलिखित संशोधन/ परिवर्धन/ लोप किए जाएं:-
(क) नीचे तालिका ( पृष्ठ 124 और 125 ) में निम्नलिखित परिवर्धन किए जाते हैं:-

(ग) उपयोग मण्डलों में अनुमत सभी प्रकार के उद्योगों के लिए किया जा सकता है । हल्के और सघन औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों जिन्हें कोई विशिष्ट श्रेणी नहीं सौंपी गई है, का उपयोग इन औद्योगिक इकाइयां दिल्ली प्रदूषण नियंत्रण समिति ( डीपीसीसी ) के मानदण्डों के अनुरूप होंगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 3rd February, 2003
S. O. 127 (E)-WHEREAS which the Central certain modifications Government proposed to make in the Master Plan for Delhi - 2001 were published as a public notice of even number dated 2nd July, 2002 in accordance with the provisions of Section 44 of the Delhi Development Act, 1956 (61 of 1957 ) inviting objections /suggestions as required by Sub-section (3 ) of Section 11 -A of the said Act within 30 days from the date of the said notice .
2. WHEREAS seven objections / suggestions were received with regard to the proposed modifications which were considered by a Committee constituted under Chief Planner , Town & Country Planning Organization having representatives from DDA , MCD , DSIDC and GNCT of Delhi and whereas the Central Government have , after carefully considering all aspects of the matter , decided to modify the Master Plan:

Now , THEREFORE , in exercise of the powers conferredby Sub- Section ( 2) of Section 11 -A of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following modifications in the said Master Plan for Delhi - 2001 with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India .
Modifications :
On pages 124 and 125 of the Gazette of India dated 01.08.1990 , the following amendments / additions / deletions may be made :
