का. आ. 137 ( अ).- केन्द्र सरकार, विजय व्यापार चैम्बर लिमिटेड, मुजफ्फरनगर द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अंतर्गत दिए गए आवेदन पत्र पर , वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में और लोकहित में भी होगा, एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को 01 अप्रैल, 2003 से 31 मार्च , 2008 तक अगले पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए गुड़ में अग्रिम संविदा के संबंध में मान्यता के नवीकरण की मंजूरी प्रदान करती है ।
2. इसके द्वारा प्रदत्त मान्यता इस शर्त के अधीन है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय-समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 5th February , 2003
S. O. 137 ( E) . The Central Government , having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission , the application for renewal of recognition , made under Section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952), by the Vijay Beopar Chamber Ltd , Muzaffarnagar and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in public interest to do so , hereby grants in exercise of the powers conferredby Section 6 of the said Act , recognition to the said Exchange for a further period of five years from 1st April , 2003 10 31st March , 2008 in respect of forward contracts inGur.
2. The recognition hereby granted is subjectto the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions as may , from time to time be given by the Forward Markets Commission .
