का.आ. 141 ( अ ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उपखण्ड ( ii ) तारीख 29 जनवरी, 2002 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 121 ( अ ) तारीख 29 जनवरी, 2002 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है अर्थात्: - उक्तअधिसूचना की अनुसूची में:-
(क) गांव गुलाबपुरा , लम्बा, तसविरया, हरीपुरा, रूपाहेली, गलोरिया का खेड़ा, नग्गा जी का खेड़ा, कवलियास, सनोदिया, भवानीपुरा, सेरारी और थवालिया के सामने स्तम्भ (3 ) में आने वाले शब्द " हुड्डा " के स्थान पर शब्द " हुरडा " रखा जाएगा;
(ख) क्र . सं. 12 और उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्मलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्: -

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 29th January, 2003
S.O. 141 (E). In exercise of the powers conferredby clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofRoad Transport and Highways, number S.O. 121 (E) , dated the 29th January, 2002 published in the Gazette ofIndia, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub-section ( ii ) , dated the 29th January, 2002, namely:-
In the Schedule to the said notification :-
(a) Incolumn (3), for the word "Hudda " , occurring against villages , Gulabpura, Lamba, Taswariya, Haripura, Rupaheli, Galoria Ka Khera, Nagga Ji Ka Khera, Kavliyas, Sanodia, Bhawanipura, Serari and Dhuwalia, the word"Hurda" shall be substituted;
(b) After Sl. No. 12 and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl . No. and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
