सा.का.नि. 99( अ ).-अधिसूचना सं. सा. का. नि. 86 (अ ) तारीख 26-2-1993 का, जिसमें औषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री नियम, 1945 के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा नियुक्त केन्द्रीय अनुज्ञप्ति अनुमोदन प्राधिकारी द्वारा विनिर्माण, क्रय अथवा वितरण के लिए अनुज्ञप्ति दी जाने के लिए, औपधियां विनिर्दिष्ट हैं, संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रारूप जिसे केन्द्रीय सरकार औषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री अधिनियम, 1940 ( 1940 का 23 ) की धारा 12 और धारा 33 और उक्त नियमों के नियम 68 - क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, औपधि तकनीकी सलाहकार बोर्ड से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, अधिसूचित करना चाहती है, उन सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए जिनके उनसे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है, प्रकाशित किया जाता है और यह सूचना दी जाती है कि उक्त अधिसूचना पर उस तारीख से , जिसको भात के राजपत्र की प्रतियां जिसमें यह अधिसूचना प्रकाशित की जाती है, जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी जाती हैं, पैंतालीस दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति के पश्चात् विचार किया जाएगा, आक्षेप या सुझाव, यदि कोई हों, सचिव ( स्वास्थ्य) , स्वास्थ्यऔर परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार, निर्माण भवन, नई दिल्ली-110011 को भेजे जासकते हैं,
ऐसे किसी आक्षेप या सुझाव पर, जो उक्त संशोधन की बाबत किसी व्यक्ति से ऊपर यथा विनिर्दिष्ट अवृधि की समाप्ति के पूर्व प्राप्त होंगे, केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा । A
1. यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगी।
2. अधिसूचना सा.का.नि. 86 ( अ ) तारीख 26 फरवरी , 1993 में, प्रविष्टि ( 3 ) के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:
"(4) पुनर्योगज डी एन ए ( आर- डी एन्.ए) व्युत्पन्न औषधियां " ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 11th February, 2003
G.S.R. 99(E). The following draft to amend the Notification G.S.R. 86 (E) dated 26-2-1993 specifying the drugs to be licensed for manufacture , sale or distribution by the Central Licence Approving Authority appointed by the Central Government underthe Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, which the Central Government proposes to notify, after consultation with the drugs Technical Advisory Board , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 12 and Section 33 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act , 1940 (23 of 1940) and rules 68-A ofthe said rules , is hereby published for the information of all persons likely tobe affected thereby, and notice is hereby given that the said notification will be taken into consideration after the expiry ofa period offorty -five days from the date on which the copies ofthe Official Gazette in which this notification is published, are made available to the public ;
Objections or suggestions , if any, may be addressed to the Secretary (Health ), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Goverriment of India, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi - 110011;
Any objection or suggestion which may be received from any person with respect to the said amendment before the expiry of the period as specified above will be taken into consideration by the Central Government .
1. It shall come into force on the date ofpublication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Notification G.S.R. 86 (E) dated 26th February, 1993 after entry (3 ), the following shall be inserted, namely:-
"(4) Recombinant DNA ( r -DNA) derived drugs."
