सा.का.नि. 103( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 के खण्ड ( कक ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के पूर्व वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 12/97- सीमा शुल्क ( एन.टी. ) तारीख 2 अप्रैल , 1997 का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में, स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में , उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य से संबंधित क्रम सं. 12 के सामने, प्रविष्टि ( vi ) के पश्चात् और स्तम्भ (4) में उससे संबंधित तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-

G.S.R. 103 (E) .- In exercise ofpowers conferred by clause (aa) of Section 7 ofthe Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry ofFinance (Department of Revenue) , No. 12/97 -Customs (N.T. ) , dated the 2nd April, 1997 , namely:-- IntheTable to the said notification , against serial No. 12 relating to the State ofUttar Pradesh, in column (3 ) , after entry (vi ) and the corresponding entries relating thereto in column (4 ) , the following shall be inserted, namely:-
