का.आ. 151( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, ब्रिटिश इंडिया कॉरपोरेशन लि. ( शेयरों का अधिग्रहण ) अधिनियम, 1981 ( 1981 का 29 ) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए दिनांक 21 जून, 1999 को भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण के भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप-खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित वस्त्र मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार की दिनांक 21 जून, 1999 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 469(अ ) में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में : -
क्रम संख्या 8 और उससे सम्बद्ध प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" 8 श्री टी . के. दास ,
मुख्य लेखा नियंत्रक, वस्त्र मंत्रालय, उद्योग भवन , नई दिल्ली । "

MINISTRY OF TEXTILES NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 11th February , 2003 S.O. 151 ( E ) . In exercise of the power conferredby Section 4 of the British India Corporation Limited (Acquisition of Shares) Act , 1981 (29 of 1981 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment inthe notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofTextiles , S.O. No. 469 ( E), dated 21st June , 1999 published in Part- 11 , Section 3 , Sub - Section ( ii ) of the Gazetted of India Extra ordinary, dated 21st June , 1999.
In the said notification :-
For serial No. 8 and the entry relating thereto the following shall be substituted namely :-
" 8 Shri T.K. Das , Chief Controller of Accounts , Pay& Accounts Office, Ministry ofTextiles , Udyog Bhavan , New Delhi . "
