का०आ० 153 ( अ ) .- राष्ट्रीय औषध मूल्य निर्धारण प्राधिकरण, भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का०आ ० 637 ( अ ) तारीख 4 सितम्बर , 1997 के साथ पठित औषध ( कीमत नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1995 के पैरा 3 के उप- पैरा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों काप्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय ( राष्ट्रीय औषध मूल्य निर्धारण प्राधिकरण ) के आदेश सं० का० आ० 665 (अ ) तारीख 14 जुलाई, 2000 को जहां तक उनका सम्बन्ध क्लोरोक्वीन फोस्फेट से है, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रान्त करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण के पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ ( 4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट कीमत को उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टिमें विनिर्दिष्ट प्रपुंज औषध की अधिकतम विक्रय कीमत ( उत्पाद शुल्क और स्थानीय कर की छोड़कर ) नियत करती है जिस पर वह बेची जाएगी ।

2. ये कीमतें/परिशोधित कीमतें औषध ( कीमत नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1995 के पैरा 14 उप - पैरा ( 1 ) के तहत इस आदेश की तिथि के 15 दिन के अन्दर लागू होगी । औषध ( कीमत नियंत्रण ) आदेश 1995 के पैरा 14 के उप - पैरा ( 3 ) के तहत कीमत सूची भी जारी की जाएगी ।

New Delhi , the 11th February , 2003
S.O. 153 ( E ) :- In exercise of the powers , conferred by sub - paragraph ( 1 ) of paragraph 3 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order , 1995 read with the notification of the Ministry ofChemicals and Fertilizers number S.O. 637 ( E) , dated the September 4, 1997 , and in supersession of the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority) number S.O. 665 (E) dated 14th July, 2000 , in so far as it relates to Chloroquine Phosphate, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby fixes the price specified in column (4 ) of the Table given below as the maximum sale price (exclusive of excise duty and local taxes ) at which the bulk drug specified in the corresponding entry in column (2 ) thereof shallbe sold.

2. This price/revised price shall be made effective within 15 days from the date of this order as required under sub - paragraph ( 1 ) of paragraph 14 of Drugs (Prices Control ) Order, 1995. The necessary price- list should also be issued as required ander sub - paragraph (3 ) of paragraph 14 of the Drugs ( Prices Control ) Order, 1995.
