का.आ. 161( अ ) - केन्द्रीय सरकार, सरकारी स्थान (अप्राधिकृत अधिभोगियों की बेदखली ) अधिनियम, 1971 ( 1971 का 40 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग करते हुए परियोजना निदेशक, भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण, प्लाट सं. 20, सेक्टर 32 (इंस्टीट्यूशनल एरिया ) , गुड़‌गाँव-122001 , हरियाणा जो कि एक कानूनी प्राधिकरण का सरकार के राजपत्रित अधिकारी की पंक्ति के समतुल्य काअधिकारी है, उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए सम्पदा अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और सरकारी स्थान की स्थानीय सीमाएँ अर्थात्राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली के दक्षिण पश्चिम जिला और हरियाणा के गुड़गाँव जिला में आने वाले राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 8 पर 11.000 कि.मी. से 36.635 कि.मी. तक परिनिश्चित करती है जिसके संबंध में उक्त सम्पदा अधिकारी , उक्त अधिनियम के द्वारा या उसके अधीन प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग और अधिरोपित कर्तव्यों का पालन करेगा ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi , the 11th February, 2003 S.O. 161 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises ( Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants ) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the Project Director, National Highways Authority of India , Plot No. 20, Sector -32 (Institutional Area) , Gurgaon- 122 001 , Haryana , being an officer of a statutory authority equivalent to the rank of a gazetted officer of Government, as estate officer for the purposes of the said Act, and defines the local limits of publicpremises, i.e. National Highway No. 8 from Km . 11.000 to Km . 36.635 falling in South - West District in the National Capital Territory ofDelhi and District Gurgaon in Haryana, in respect ofwhich the said estate officer shall exercise the powers conferred , and perform the duties imposed, on the estate officer by or under the said Act.
