का.आ. 165( अ ). अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 25 ) की धारा 6 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के साथ पठित धारा 4 के खंड ( ङ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा श्री शत्रुघ्न सिन्हा के स्थान पर श्रीमती सुषमा स्वराज, स्वास्थ्यऔर परिवार कल्याण मंत्री, को अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान, नई दिल्ली के सदस्य के रूप में नामित करती है और भारत सरकार स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय की दिनांक 19 नवम्बर, 1999 की अधिसूचना संख्या वी-16011 / 1 / 98 - एम.ई. ( पी जी ) ( ii ) जो भारत के राजपत्र के भाग II, खंड-3 , उप-खंड ( ii ) में सं. का.आ. 1153 ( अ ) के तहत 19 नवम्बर, 1999 को प्रकाशित हुई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: - उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम संख्या 1 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों में निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
" श्रीमती सुषमा स्वराज, स्वास्थ्यऔर परिवार कल्याण मंत्री , नई दिल्ली। "

भवानी त्यागराजन, संयुक्त सचिव टिप्पण : मुख्य अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र में अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1153 ( अ ) दिनांक 19 नवम्बर, 1999 के तहत प्रकाशित हुई थी और उसमें दिनांक 19 जून , 2000 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 581 ( अ ) तथा बाद में दिनांक 18-7-2002 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 759 ( अ ) के द्वारा संशोधन किया गया था ।

Sushma Swaraj , Minister ofHealth and Family Welfate to be a Member of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences , NewDelhi in place of Shri Shatrughan Sinha and makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare No. V. 16011 /1 /98 -ME(PG)(ii) dated the 19th November , 1999 published in the Gazette of India, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( ii ) vide number S.O. 1153 (E) on the 19th November , 1999, namely :-
Inthe said notification for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be substituted , namely :--
"Smt . Sushma Swaraj , Minister of Health and Family Welfare , New Delhi . "

का.आ. 166( अ ).-अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 25 ) की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियोंका प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार, स्वास्थ्यऔर परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय ( स्वास्थ्य विभाग ) की दिनांक 18 जुलाई , 2002 अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 762 ( अ ) दिनांक 19 नवम्बर के अधिक्रमण में केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान , नई दिल्ली के सदस्य श्रीमती सुषमा स्वराज, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्री को उक्त संस्थान के अध्यक्ष के रूप में नामित करती है ।

S.O. 166 (E ) .--- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 7 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department ofHealth ) , number S.O. 762 (E) dated the 18th July, 2002 , the Central Government hereby nominates Smt. Sushma Swaraj , Minister of Health and Family Welfare a member of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences , New Delhi , to be the President of the said Institute .
