का.आ. 167( अ ).- स्नातकोत्तर आयुर्विज्ञान शिक्षा और अनुसंधान संस्थान , चण्डीगढ़ अधिनियम, 1966 ( 1966 का 51 ) की धारा 6 की उपधारा ( 4 ) के साथ पठित धारा 5 के खंड ( ङ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा श्री शत्रुघ्न सिन्हा के स्थान पर स्वास्थ्यऔर परिवार कल्याण मंत्री को स्नातकोत्तर आयुर्विज्ञान शिक्षा और अनुसंधान संस्थान , चंडीगढ़ के एक सदस्य के रूप में नामित करती है और भारत सरकार, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय की दिनांक 18 जुलाई, 2002 को प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं. का .आ. 761 ( अ ) , दिनांक 15 जुलाई, 2002 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 1 और उससे सम्बद्ध प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्: - " 1. श्रीमती सुषमा स्वराज, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्री, नई दिल्ली"

भवानी त्यागराजन, संयुक्त सचिव टिप्पण.- मुख्य अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र में अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1033 ( अ ) , दिनांक 2 दिसम्बर , 1998 के तहत प्रकाशित की गई थी । अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 761 भारत के राजपत्र में 18 जुलाई, 2002 को प्रकाशित की गई थी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 11th February , 2003
S.O. 167 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (e ) of Section 5 , read with sub- section (4) of Section 6 , of the Post- Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh Act, 1966 (51 of 1966 ) , the Central Government hereby nominates , Minister of Health and Family Welfare to be a Member of the Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research , Chandigarh in place of Shri Shatrughan Sinha and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare number S.O. 761 (E ) dated the 15th July , 2002, published on 18th July , 2002, namely :--

का.आ. 168 ( अ ). - स्नातकोत्तर आयुर्विज्ञान शिक्षा और अनुसंधान संस्थान अधिनियम , 1966 ( 1966 का 51 ) की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण भाग II , खंड 3 , उप खंड ( ii ) में दिनांक 18 जुलाई, 2002 को प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय ( स्वास्थ्यविभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 760 ( अ ) , दिनांक 15 जुलाई , 2002 का अधिक्रमण करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा स्नातकोत्तर आयुर्विज्ञान शिक्षा और अनुसंधान संस्थान, चंडीगढ़ के एक सदस्य श्रीमती सुषमा स्वराज , स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्री को उक्त संस्थान के अध्यक्ष के रूप में नामित करती है ।

भवानी त्यागराजन, संयुक्त सचिव टिप्पण.- मुख्य अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र में अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1034 ( अ ) , दिनांक 2 दिसम्बर, 1988 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी जिसे का.आ. संख्या 759 ( अ ) , दिनांक 13 सितम्बर , 1999, का.आ. संख्या 1060 ( अ ) , दिनांक 29 अक्तूबर, 1999 और उसके बाद का.आ. 580 ( अ ) , दिनांक 19 जून , 2000 तथा इसके आगे का.आ. सं. 760( अ ) , दिनांक 18 जुलाई, 2002 द्वारा संशोधन किया गया था ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( I ) of Section 7 of the Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research Act, 1966 ( 51 of 1966 ) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health ) , number S.O. 760 (E ) dated the 15th July , 2002 published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , sub - section ( ii) published on 18th July , 2002 , the Central Government hereby nominates Smt . Sushma Swaraj , Minister of Health and Family Welfare a member of the Post-Graduate Institute ofMedical Education and Research , Chandigarh to be the President of the said Institute .
