पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय आदेश नई दिल्ली, 13 फरवरी , 2003
का.आ. 169( अ ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेट्रोलियम नियम, 2002 ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त नियम कहा गया है ) के नियम 201 के अनुसरण में, मुख्य विस्फोटक नियंत्रण की सिफारिश पर और लोकहित में पेट्रोलियम के आयात की आवश्यकता पर विचार करते हुए, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए तमिलनाडु राज्य में थिरूक्कदयुर लघुपत्तन पर समुद्र मार्ग द्वारा पेट्रोलियम के आयात की बाबत नियमों के नियम 16 के उपनियम ( i ) के उपबन्धों से छूट प्रदान करती है ।

New Delhi , the 13th February, 2003
S.O. 169 ( E).-- In pursuance of rule 201 of the Petroleum Rules , 2002, (hereinafter referred to as said rules ) , the , Central Government on the recommendation of the Chief Controller of Explosives and in consideration of the necessity to import petroleum in public interest , hereby grants exemption from the provisions of Sub- rule ( 1 ) of rule 16 of the rules in respect of import of petroleum into India by sea at Tirukkadaiyur Minor Port in Tamil Nadu State for a period of one year from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
