New Delhi , the 11th February, 2003 सं. प्रशा. 14( 21 )/2 / 2001.- लोक परिसर ( अनधिकृत दखलकारों की बेदखली ) अधिनियम, 1971 की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा श्री विजय तेहलान सतर्कता- सह -विधि अधिकारी को भूमि तथा विकास कार्यालय में सम्पदा अधिकारी के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए तत्काल प्रभाव से नियुक्त करती है । श्री विजय तेहलान भूमि तथा विकास कार्यालय के स्थानीय क्षेत्राधिकार में आने वाले लोक परिसरों बाबत उक्त अधिनियम द्वारा अथवा उसके तहत सम्पदा अधिकारी को प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग तथा सौंपे गये दायित्वों का निर्वहन करेंगे ।
No. Adım . 14(21 )/2/2001.-1n pursuance of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction ofUnauthorised Occupants ) Act , 1971 , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Vijay Tehlan , Vigilance- Cum-Legal Officer , to act as Estate Officer in the Land and Development Office with immediate effect Shri Vijay Tehlan shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on Estate Officer by or under the said Act in respect ofthe public premises under the administrative control of Land and Development Office stipulated within the local limits of hisjurisdiction.
