का.आ. 223( अ ).- राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 371 ष के खंड ( 1 ) और ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए आन्ध्र प्रदेश लोक नियोजन ( स्थानीय काडरों का गठन और सीधी भर्ती का विनियमन ) आदेश , 1975 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करते हैं :-
1. ( 1 ) इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम आन्ध्र प्रदेश लोक नियोजन ( स्थानीय काडरों का गठन और सीधी भर्ती का विनियमन ) ( संशोधन ) आदेश, 2003 है ।
(2) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा ।
2. आन्ध्र प्रदेश लोक नियोजन ( स्थानीय काडरों का गठन और सीधी भर्ती का विनियमन ) आदेश , 1975 की तीसरी अनुसूची में, क्रम संख्यांक 24 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां अन्तः स्थापित की जाएंगी अर्थात्:-

New Delhi , the 25th February, 2003
S.O. 223 (E ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses ( 1 ) and (2) of article 371D of the Constitution , the President hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment ( Organisation of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment ) Order, 1975, namely:-
1. (1 ) This order may be called the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Organisation of Local Cadres and Regulation ofDirect Recruitment) (Amendment ) Order, 2003 .
(2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment ( Organisation of Local Cadres and Regulation ofDirect Recruitment) Order , 1975, in the Third Schedule , after serial number 24 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted , namely:-
