का.आ. 192( अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, ठेका श्रम ( विनियमन और उत्सादन ) नियम, 1971 के नियम 3 और नियम 9 के साथ पठित ठेका श्रम (विनियमन और उत्सादन ) अधिनियम , 1970 ( 1970 का 37 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नलिखित सदस्य को केन्द्रीय ठेका श्रम सलाहकार बोर्ड में नियुक्त करती है और निदेशित करती है कि भारत सरकार के श्रम मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 662 ( अ ) तारीख 24 जून, 2002 में जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) तारीख 24 जून, 2002 को प्रकाशित की गई थी, निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाएंगे , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम सं. 10 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्: -

S.O. 192 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition ) Act, 1970 (37 of 1970) read with rules 3 and 9 of the Contract Labour ( Regulation and Abolition) Central Rules , 1971 , the 453 GI/ 2003

Central Government hereby appoints the following member to the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board and directs that the following amendments shall be made in the notification of the Government of India, Minisry of Labour No. S.O. 662 (E) dated 24th June , 2002 published in Gazette of India. Extraordinary Part II, Section 3 , Sub -section (ii ) dated 24th June ,2002, namely:---
In the said notification for serial number ( 10) and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely:-
