का.आ. 194 ( अ ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार, चेम्बर ऑफ कॉमर्स, हापुड़ द्वारा मान्यता की मंजूरी के लिए अग्रिम संविदा ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1952( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अंतर्गत दिए गए आवेदन पत्र पर, वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने परकि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में और लोकहित में भी होगा, एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को 1 मार्च, 2003 से 29 फरवरी , 2008 ( दोनों दिन सम्मिलित ) तक अगले पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए रेपसीड/सरसों में अग्रिम संविदा के संबंध में मान्यता प्रदान करती है ।
2. इसके द्वारा प्रदत्त मान्यता इस शर्त के अधीन है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय - समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी ।

New Delhi , the 18 February, 2003
S.O. 194( E) . The Central Government , having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission , the application for grant of recognition , made under Section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation ) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952), by the Chamber of Commerce, Hapur , and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in public interest to do so , hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said act , recognition to the said Exchange for a period of five years from Ist March, 2003 to 29th February, 2008 (both days inclusive) in respect of forward contracts in Rapeseed/Mustardseed .
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions as may, from time to time be given by the Forward Markets Commission.
