का.आ. 199( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो नियम, 1987 के नियम 3 और नियम 4 के उपनियम ( 1 ) के साथ पठित भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम, 1986 ( 1986 का 63 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन खाद्य और नागरिक पूर्ति मंत्रालय (नागरिक पूर्ति विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 278 (अ ) , तारीख 31 मार्च, 1987 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, -
( i ) क्रम संख्या49 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
सदस्य
"49. अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक/प्रबंध निदेशक ,
मेकॉन लि. , पो. आ. हिनूं, रांची,
झारखण्ड";
(ii ) क्रम संख्या 63 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टी रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्:-

" 63. महानिदेशक,
टाटा इनर्जी रिसर्च इन्स्टीट्यूट, नईदिल्ली।"

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 11th February, 2003
S.O. 199 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act , 1986 (63 of 1986) read with rule 3 and sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 4 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Rules, 1987 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Food and Civil Supplies (Department of Civil Supplies) number S.O. 278 (E) dated the 31st March, 1987 , namely:-
In the said notification ,-
(i) for serial number 49 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
-Member
"49. Chairman and Managing Director/Managing Director, MECON Ltd. , P.O. Hinoo , Ranchi , Jharkhand ." ;
(ii) for serial number 63 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be substituted, namely: ---
-Member
"63. Director General , Tata Energy Research Institute , NewDelhi . "
