नई दिल्ली, 19 फरवरी , 2003
का.आ. 204( अ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार ने , भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र , भाग II , खण्ड 3, उप- खण्ड ( ii ) , दिनांक 9 नवम्बर , 2002 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के संस्कृति विभाग ( भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण ) की 8 नवम्बर, 2002 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1.37 ( अ ) द्वारा नीचे अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट प्राचीन संस्मारक को राष्ट्रीय महत्व का घोषित करने के अपने आशय की दो मास की सूचना दी थी और उक्त अधिसूचना की एक प्रतिलिपि उक्त संस्मारक के निकट सहज दृश्य स्थान पर चिपका दी गई थी:
और उक्त राजपत्र 2-12-2002 को जनता को उपलब्ध करा दिया गया था;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार को जनता से त्मोई आक्षेप प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है;
अतः , अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार प्राचीन संस्मारक तथा पुरातत्वीय स्थल एवं अवशेष अधिनियम, 1958 ( 1958 का 24 ) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा नीचे की अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट प्राचीन संस्मारक को राष्ट्रीय महत्व का घोषित करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 19th February, 2003
S.O. 204 (E) . Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Culture (Archaeological Survey of India) number S. O. 1187 (E) dated the 8th November, 2002 published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( ii ) dated the 9th November, 2002 , the Central Government gave two months ' notice of its intention to declare the ancient monument specified in the Schedule to the said notification to be of national importance and a copy ofthe notification was affixed in a conspicuous place near the said ancient monument ;
And whereas the said Gazette was made available to the public on 2-12-2002;
And whereas no objection from the public have been received by the Central Government ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (3 ) of Section 4 of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act , 1958 (24 of 1958 ), the Central Government hereby declares the said ancient monument specified in the Schedule annexed hereto , to be of national importance .
